So, I wanted these in the worst way - got the mariner blue and wore them every day in my home only. They were my favorite thing - and I looked forward to putting them on every night after work. One Saturday morning, they started to fall apart. The stitching on top started to unravel on the right shoe. I tried in vain to tie them up to stop the unraveling. Then, that night, the other shoe began to unravel without warning. I'm so disappointed.

I love LLBEAN! Unfortunately, these slippers have decreased in quality over the years. This is my 3rd pair of Wicked Good Moccasins in 15 years, and slowly over time they have gotten more uncomfortable and the fit is off. They need to offer half sizes!! I know they are supposed to be snug at the beginning in order to mold to your feet, however, they are WAY TOO TIGHT! (and my shoe size has not changed.) So, I sent them back and got them in wide, but they are still too narrow in the toe area. The shearling lining is also NOT SOFT. :(

I bought these for cold mornings and evenings in Florida and was happy they had a sole in case I walked out with the dog. But the hard soles are clunky and I feel like I'm wearing tissue boxes on my feet. Also, the lining is not cozy, as I had hoped. Rather they have bunched up under my toes.

Ordered a size smaller because salesperson said they would stretch. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Too much fur inside. I've had these moccasins in the past & loved them. Not so much with this pair.

I found these slippers a tad short in length, where my toes were up against the end. Width-wise, they fit great. The rubber sole was not slippery on my tile floor. However, the side to side stability was poor, my foot slipped to the side, off the rubber sole, when stepping, so I ended up with the slipper rolled onto its side. This rolling motion was too hard on my ankles, so after just one jaunt across the room, they were sadly returned. They were super soft and would be great to wear for simply sitting.

I purchased they came and they are way too big. Also the stitching around the edge is already coming undone and I've only had them a couple weeks.

I received these Wicked Good Moccasin Slippers as a gift. It was something I have always wanted! Very disappointed that the leather is already ripping away from the stitching where top and sides of the slipper meet. The hole where the rawhide lace comes through to tie them is also tearing. They do not stay tied. Although I received these as a gift last Christmas, they have been gently worn and only had wear time during cold weather as once spring arrived as they were too warm for me. As I was doing the Return Form, I did not want the Moccasin style again because of the quality issues but wanted to exchange them for the Venetians that do not have ties & learned I can not do an even exchange even though they are both "Wicked Good" slippers with the same regular retail. I have respect and admiration for LL Bean and their support of the Island Explorer Bus program in Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park and was expecting the same high standards and customer service.

I have Loved my wicked good bootie style slippers for years and wanted to try a different style that had a rubber sole this time. When I put these on I was simply underwhelmed..I had such high expectations after wearing the other style! Too wide and slipped off my heel. Tightened the leather laces but then my big toe rubbed too tightly on my left foot even to the point of not wanting to take the time to break them in...I wanted them off! The innersole was not nearly as cushy as my old style which I will be going back to. Bought a pair for myself in a ten and for my sister in a 7. She too, was not impressed. Now I get to hassle with a return and cost of shipping and even more waiting for a new pair. Sigh. Just unfortunate.

I have ordered these mocs several times but it seems they are a little larger each year. This years size is too large. I wear a size 4 shoe and you only offer sz5. It is the same with all your sizes. I like your merchandise but again the sizes is usually to large - not enough xs.

My first pair of 'women's wicked good moccasins' lasted me over 6 years!
I purchased a new pair on October 18, 2018 (a few days over a month ago) and the stiching around the side has already ripped/pulled out. Very disappointed.
Just like my last pair, I only wear them in the house, no rough use whatsoever.

I bought a pair of these two years ago, and of course loved them! I recently decided to add another pair to my collection......however I feel like these new ones are not the same quality as my old ones. They seem thinner, and not as soft as the previous version, I feel like the quality is not as good as the ones I bought two years ago. I may buy another color and give it one more try.

I purchase the moccasins in November 2017 in April they got a small hole next to the pinky toe on the right foot. I decided to keep wearing them and not exchange them because I thought the whole wasn't going to get bigger. The whole kept getting bigger and I purchased a new pair online, but when it arrived it had stains all over it. I went to the store to try to exchange it and see if maybe they can fix my old ones. The customer service people were extremely rude, so I returned my newly purchased pear and I'll try to purchase Uggs from now on. It's unfortunate because these shoes are really comfortable, but they won't last you more than a year.

I've purchased these several times over the years - always the same size 7. Ordered a new pair this year and the fit and sole are different. They were too short!. I held them up to my old pair and yep, about a - inch difference in length. I ordered up a size 8 and they were huge on me. I even tried putting my shoe stretcher in the 7s - no luck. My toes press into the front of the shoe too much. So, back they go. I am so disappointed in these slippers, and not too happy about paying return shipping for them either.

Let me start by saying they are the most comfortable slippers I have ever worn. However, I have exchanged one pair, and am now returning them completely. They run a full size larger in my opinion. And my number one complaint leading me to a return is that the laces come undone constantly. My Husband suggested cutting them off or glueing them- for the price I think thats unreasonable. So unfortunately back they go!

No support at all and the slipper runs slightly short. Going a half size bigger would be too big. They are cute but I was not pleased with the quality. They are being returned

I hadn't even flattened the fleece when the stitches attaching the tops to the sides broke and began pulling loose on both slippers. I returned these within 2 months of purchase. I am now wearing my 4-year old pair, with seriously beaten-down fleece. These old slippers are structurally sound but not very comfortable.

I get a new pair of LL Bean slippers every year for Christmas and I was beyond disappointed in the pair I got this year, sadly the first pair I received the stitching come undone and luckily LL Bean was quick to send me a new pair but sadly I feel like the quality has gone down. The new pair I received in March, the inside fur has already worn out on the sole and they are just falling apart after only a few months to a point that my feet actually hurt when walking around the house in them.

I ordered these slippers for my wife to replace a pair she had owned for 3 years when they failed at the seam near the big toe. This was in 2015 so i ordered her a replacement pair. In 2017 (2 years later) the same problem developed. So I ordered a new pair and they just failed (1 year later). All suffered the exact same failure, happening progressively sooner. Its a shame, it feels great and walks great but since I don't want to buy another pair in 6 months I will have to go elsewhere.
(And yes, i wish we hadn't thrown out the old pair because it was the other slipper that failed this time).

This is my third pair of wicked good slippers. I love the slippers but I'm very disappointed in how long they've lasted. They are about 3 years old and last week the suede separated from the sole on in the area of the big toe on both slippers. It looks exactly the same on both slippers. Kind of like the suede wasn't caught enough when they sewed the sole to the suede. My previous pairs lasted so long that I wore out the fleece inside. I called llbean today to ask if these could be replaced given their new return policy and I was told this was normal wear and tear. I feel that given it happened on both slippers at the same time it is perhaps a manufacturing defect. I am very disappointed to hear this and disappointed that I won't be buying another pair. Given the high price of these slippers I would expect them to last as long as my previous pairs. I was told that nothing lasts forever. I'm sad that these will be my last pair.

Bought these in a size 9 as I am a 9.5-10 in shoes. Already they are too loose to wear without socks; my feet keep slipping out of them. I have an old pair that is worn out in same size; didn't have any problems with them. Unfortunately I have worn these new ones so don't think I can return for a smaller size.

I had a pair of LL Bean slippers for over 20 years and one of them finally gave out. Now I wish I had fixed them rather than replace them, as the replacement pair is not as good or attractive. They run small and have a very narrow toe box. They actually hurt my feet and have a somewhat unattractive sole, as compared to the original smaller, gentler pair. And, unlike the originals, these are made in China, not the US. Even the fur is less attractive. I loved the original pair so much but am disappointed with these. I'm exchanging them for a bigger size, but should have returned them or paid for them again while waiting for the exchange. Instead, I'm left with cold feet.

I've been wearing these slippers for years, the first few pairs would last 2-3 years of near daily wear. Now, my husband buys a new pair for me every Christmas, I'm lucky they make it through one winter season. I still have an older pair with the sherling worn down, but not worn out that I wear with socks for running outside, whatnot. The shearling in the newer pair isn't nearly as thick. And they're not as warm. My first pair was purchased when I lived in cold Denmark, my current pair for mild DC. LL Bean your quality is definitely decreasing while your prices increase. Yet another item I'm more disappointed than in love with. It's a real shame, too because otherwise these are fabulous slippers. Please bring back the thicker shearling to make them last!

I was replacing that pair of Wicked Good Moccasins which I purchased many years ago and worn until the stitching came apart after zillions of steps. Hoped that the new pair of slippers would be exactly the same, however they are not. Maybe they are wider and no matter how I tie the leather string, they are not snug on my foot. The shearling is different and not as wonderful as my old pair. Just not as secure as the sole has rounded edges as opposed to the flat bottom sole of the old pair. Disappointed.

The left slipper fits perfectly. The right one is simply too wide at the heel and the slipper keeps falling off. The slippers look good, are warm and seem to be well made, but I am limiting my use of them because of the bad fit and the discomfort of walking in them. Still using my old worn out slippers due to this. I'm disappointed in the product. Expected better.
