My husband loves these slippers. However, this pair only lasted a year. The previous pair lasted for years! They are still comfortable and the only slippers my husband will wear.

These slippers are great! I'm a true 11.5 and ordering a 12 gives a bit of room in the front (about 3/4th of an inch) However if you wear a sock it makes up for it a bit.
My only dislike is where they place the tag in the sole. It is stitched where the side meets the sole and can be rather annoying at first with or without socks.
Other than that these are great. The sole is sturdy enough for what I need them for and the fur inside makes them extremely comfortable.

slipper appears very well made. Only complaint is in the description it states "half size order up". When ordering the next size up, it was entirely too big. My suggestion is to order the size down as they appear to run big in sizing.

Well made, warm and cozy. These slippers are excellent for walking around indoors on hard surface floors, such as wood or vinyl. The rubberized flexible sole allows you to keep them on while you venture out on the porch for the morning paper, keeping your feet warm and dry if it is damp or snowy, and with a quick wipe on the doormat, head right back to the kitchen for your coffee.
I ordered the brown color, and really like it. The fleece lining is dyed the same color as the leather outer, and they look great. They are a bit pricey (the reason I went 4 stars instead of 5), but if they hold up a few years, they are well worth it.

My boyfriend loves these slippers. They are very warm and the wide size is perfect for him. The only negative is that the first time he tried to tie the laces, the laces wouldn't budge, so he pulled harder (as it turns out, too hard) and made an inch long tear on the top of the slipper. We got it fixed for $10 at a local shoe repair. He still likes them, they just don't look as good as they used to.

I purchased a pair of the Wicked Good slippers in chocolate brown for my husband for his birthday, he normally wears a size 12 however upon receiving these he tried them on & they were too big! He was disappointed to say the least, so instead of returning them I purchased another pair (so he would get them quicker :) and I should add here these slippers look to be the best slippers I have ever bought for him (and I have purchased many!) of course he hasn't had the chance to try them out yet (other than a few steps throughout the house & he said they were very comfortable!) so I'll have to update this later :) and I may even have to purchase a pair for myself?

Over the years there was a nice sized shearling cuff on the top.Where'd it go? We still buy these but feel there as no reason to go on the cheap!

I ordered these for my husband, to replace his old LLBean "Wicked Good" slippers, since they were redesigned. The old ones were real slippers; these new ones are really outdoor moccasins, with bulkier
soles/treads. They are not as comfortable , or as attractive. I think they should have kept the old ones, as well as introduced the redesigned, in order to provide variety for different customer desires.

I received the order in a very timely manner and the quoality is great.
The one thing that I was not happy about has nothing to do with the Moccasins but has to do with the fact that the Moccasins were delivered one day at $69.00 and then next day I receive a sale catalog with the same slippers now $20.00 cheaper.

I truly was expecting a slipper that was in every way phenominal for the price, and it pretty much was. I have no problem paying for quality, but tend to be fussy at the slightest things when I find an issue. Been wearing them everyday inside/some outside for about a Month now. Medium/Heavy use. Excellent build quality....no loose stitchings/etc. The fur inside is nice and fluffy, but was expecting a little more padding on the heel/sole to be real honest, as this flattens down quickly. Its not a cheap slipper by any means tho, and I am happy with them.
Okay, well I found that when your feet are maybe a little cold and you put your foot in them.....the slipper will warm them up a bit. However....if your feet are freezing cold like mine get, the slipper feels like it almost keeps them cold inside, almost trapping the cold air in....so your feet stay cold. Seriously, Im not crazy! I find myself taking them off and warming my feet before I put them on again quite frequently. Our floor is cold tho, so it might just be the rubber soles that get cold and in turn make the inside of the slip cold too, which certainly wouldnt help I guess. But figured Id mention this to people that get extremely cold feet like I do. This is the only thing I personally have a real issue with. Other than that they are a great buy and better than the other name brands out there that Ive tried.
If they put a comfort sole in these things, then I am afraid I wouldnt take them off!

Got these as a gift a while ago. Good quality with a few limitations. They frequently have to be retied and the fur compacts over time. The dye bleeds espeically if wet and take a long time to dry. I wear a 10.5 wide, going up a size, as often recommended by LLBean, makes for a clown shoe and a very poor fit. For me, I went to a 10 and they fit ok with a tad bit of stretching over time. These slippers can make your feet feel hot, so late fall and winter time is best for wear.

I love these shoes. I wear them every day from September to March and they have certainly gotten their share of use. The outside is pretty durable, but the laces stretched and need to be retired many times in order to maintain a snug fit. The insole of the shoes is also starting to fall apart after over a year, but they have lasted a long time!

They are comfortable, and durable enough to wear out to get the paper in the morning. They do untie quite frequently, thus only 4stars.

I ordered these slippers for our family at Christmas. Because there are only whole sizes, it was suggested to go up to the next whole size. Big mistake. I had to reorder all the 1/2 sizes, about 6 people.
The size down fit perfect an all cases, four women's wicked good moc and three men's wicked good boot moc.

Bought a pair for Christmas 2009 and they are terrific - very warm and good for running out for the paper or to the mailbox. After the second winter, the top of one mocacasin where the rawhide ties ripped. I called customer service and they immediately sent me a new pair. Excellent customer service.

A lot of the reviews mention a problem with keeping the laces tied. Here's a trick I learned from a friend who is a sailboat rigger who needs to keep his boat shoes tied at all times. After you make the first loop with one end of the lace, wrap the other end of the lace around that first loop TWICE before completing the knot. Then just make sure to cinch the knot tightly and it should hold very well. Hope this helps!

I wear these every where all year long in all kinds of weather. They typically last me over a year depending upon how wet they get. I get the Men's size, since they do not offer this style in the women's. I get a size bigger than I need so that I can wear socks in the winter and in the dead of summer the extra room allows my foot to breath more. LOVE, LOVE this moc. Just wish I knew when and if they ever go on sale, cause I would buy 2 pairs to have on hand when my current pair wears out.

I've been buying slippers from LL Bean for years. They are a bi-annual gift for my elderly mother - the wicked good true moccasin style lasts her 2 years (she saves her older pair for going outside to get the paper, to Dr. appointments, while traveling, etc.). I however wear the clog style and they didn't quite make it 10 months before my big toe went thru. The support & tread are still good, I guess I'll use them outside for gardening. Suggestion: put an extra piece of hide material over the toes of the clogs, this in my opinion will give the buyer extended life. I do believe in these slippers, so will give them another shot.. I am ordering my moms mocs, my clogs and a pair of moccassins for my husband - we'll see how long they last this time...

I have a pair of the original Wicked Good Moccasins and loved the fit, warmth and comfort. In October of 2010, I purchased another pair but the slipper had been redesigned. The sole is more robust and there is more fleece inside the slipper and those are good things. The heal support is lacking and the overall fit is just not the same as the older style. Not sure what the goal was here but LL Bean should bring back the older version and keep them in stock.

I purchased these slippers in brown for my boyfriend and he loves them. I've tried them on and they are very warm, soft, and comfortable! I should have bought a pair for me too! I was worried that they would look girly because of the fur and the bow, but they do not look girly at all. The color of the fir is different than it looks in the picture. It is more of a cream with tan marbling. Which is great because that was another concern I had when I ordered them. I worried that he might stain/discolor the white fur quickly.

I bought this as a replacement for my leather soled slippers from a couple years ago. My reason was to replace a leather soled slipper with a water-proof soled slipper. I had previously purchased these slippers in an earlier version, which I still use. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my choice. Although the slippers are warm, they are not comfortable for my feet. I had ordered larger (11) and wider (EE) than my earlier pair, but the earlier pair is still more comfortable. And my two-year-old leather soled slippers are still more comfortable. So, althoguh my leather soled slippers are wearing out, I will get another pair.

This was my second pair of this slipper because I loved the first one so much. I am very disappointed in the construction quality and quality control of this pair. The fleece lining is very unevenly put in sticking way over the edge in some places and barely reaching the top edge of the slipper in others. The "tongues" (top of the slipper with the laces) are not of equal size on the two slippers. The longer tongue also has the longest uneven fleece sticking out and frankly looks clownish. I can't believe these made it through final inspection. I know I could have returned them but it's a hassle for me to do so I trimmed the excess fleece and will live with the cosmetic issues. Not my usual experience with LLB.

The slots in the tongue for the rawhide laces ripped out the first time that I tried to retie the rawhide. Not Wicked Good.
