I have purchased these slippers for my husband for many years. . One reason is because these come in EE width. My husband is very rough on his shoes, so we buy these every 12 to18 months. the only complaint is getting the leather laces tightened. He wears these all year round. Thank you for making slippers in the wider width. Perhaps some of your other slippers and shoes would come in the wider width.

I am very happy with this purchase. I have problems with my feet, and often wear slippers around the house. These have plush fleece, feels like walking on a cloud. They are a little snug, but I expect that will change rapidly as they get worn in. I do tend to wear these outside - for a quick errand or to get the mail, and I had hoped that the sole would be just as little more firm for those trips, but overall I would buy them again.

It's an okay slipper. I hadn't owned any slippers for quite sometime, and so I really don't have anything to compare these to. They fit okay. Are they "wicked good"? Well, that's for the buyer to decide. I didn't compare these to any in regular retail stores. I had some coupons and so I used them to get these. At first, the leather laces didn't stay tied all of the time, but after a few months, they finally do.
Would I buy them again? I don't know. I'd probably do some comparison shopping first with some retail stores before I spend a lot of money for these again.

I purchased these moccasins for my husband who has wide feet, as my options were limited and these come in wide. He has a difficult time fitting into shoes/slippers in general, and these comfortably molded to his feet within a few days. He feels as though they are very comfortable and would recommend them. The only complaint is that the laces repetitively come untied, and we have yet to discover a way to keep them from coming undone.

I finally had to retire my old and well worn moccasins and order a new pair. The new pair is OK and comfortable but they're not like my old tried and true L L Bean slipper moccasins. The style has changed a bit and they're now made in China, I have no idea when that changed.
The fully enclosed rawhide ties of my old pair are no more so when I tightened them to my comfort level there was some puckering of the path - a minor annoyance.
They seem to be well made and I expect to have them for a long time.

I have worn LLBean slippers for years and have always really liked them. They've always had a good fit and were warm and comfortable.
Until I bought this pair. They're still OK, but do not seem to be LLBean quality. Also the insole, for some reason, is uncomfortable.

I love these slippers. They are warm and fuzzy. Just right for sitting around the house watching TV without turning the heat on. However, I wish they had more of an inner sole. My feet need more cushioning, more padding. If I could, I'd add an inner sole from a running shoe. My grade: B+

The overall quality of these men's slippers was excellent. Sewn well and made of genuine sheepskin. The problem was with the sizing and that isn't a fault of LLBean. I have a very wide foot and even their size EE wide were not wide enough. The other point which helped me is that LLBean tends to make over-sized lengths. Best to stay to your regular length.

I bought these for my husband to replace an older pair whose lining was worn out; this may be the third pair of this model he's had. The exterior is very durable, but the shearling does flatten and clump eventually, so I only purchase these on sale or with a discount. I have the women's mocs, and they are very warm and luxurious feeling, best worn barefoot. Good for lounging on cold winter days. The grey was a nice change from the brown, and he really needs and appreciates the availability in wide. The 12 was a half-size up for him, but fits well. If the shearling interior were as durable as the exterior, these would merit 5 stars.

Here's the thing - this is my second pair of these. The first pair were very good and lasted me years. This pair, although it is listed as the same product, is not the exact same thing and I have had this happen to me with several of L.L. Bean's products. My wife and I ordered matching plaid house robes several months apart. Hers was made in one country - mine in another - same product. But the quality of mine is better than hers. I understand you are going to outsource things - but - if I order a pancake at restaurant X - and like it - and come back a month later and order the same meal but get a different pancake - well, there is something not quite right there. L.L. Bean makes good things but be careful - the product you liked once and re-order may not be what you think.

I have been buying slippers for years from LL Bean.
This time I noticed that the bottom of the slipper was not as comfortable as they usually are. I sent a pair back but kept the second pair. it felt like the bottom was not as thick as they used to be. Thank you Tom

These mocs are wicked good. Very comfortable and easy to wear. My only issue is that the "garment labels" are irritatingly placed on the insoles, sticking out just enough to scratch against my feet. This is not so much an issue now, as the labels have been pushed down with wear.

This is my first pair of slippers. I have a very high arch and most slip-ons do not fit well. These slippers are very cushy and warm. They do stay on when I walk, but they are very stiff. Will take some time to break in.

My husband needed to replace his second pair of slippers from LL Bean. We chose a style with a wide option but it is not as wide in the rubberized sole as the ones he was replacing so had to return.

I bought a pair of these years ago and although they were an excellent pair of slippers, they did have a problem with moisture (sweat). I wore them without socks and the warmth made my feet sweat and this caused the lining to become matted down and hard in some areas.
BUT, with socks...excellent! So I just ordered a new pair and will always wear with socks.
But like many shoes today, I ordered a larger size than I am. I measure at size 10 and regular width but, like my last pair, ordered an 11 EE.

I only gave them a good rating. They only sell in half sizes and you have to go up to the next size. Mine feel ok but fit slightly loose due to being slightly large. If they were the half size down they would be perfect.

Glad to see wide option. Last pair lasted almost forever.. These are a better fit. Warm, comfortable and sole make these great to walk out for the paper!
Definitely pricey but will wear for winters to come.

Warm and comfortable moccasins.
Only problem is the rawhide laces that will not stay tied. Maybe Super Glue will prevent tripping over the laces!

I've owned these now for 2 years and I have to say that they're my favorite thing to put on my feet! They're warm but let your feet breathe. The laces are a little tricky as many have noted, but this is no different than any other raw hide lace.
The thing that keeps me from making this a 5 star is that the footbed is not replaceable. After 2 years, the only thing wearing out is the inside sole. It's disintegrating because I wear them all the time. As others have noted, a call to customer service would probably get them replaced, but I can't in good conscious say I'm not satisfied. I also can't justify shelling out full price when the ones I have are 90% fine. Replacement soles are sold for other footwear pieces... why not these? I would spend $20 to replace the insoles.

I've had these for a year now and do love them, but would like to suggest to the reader to rethink about getting these with laces. The slipper itself is great: warm, fits fine, easy to walk outside. The laces, however, come undone... all the time. No matter how tight I pull they will not stay tied for very long, and I've tripped over it more than a few times. If I had to purchase another pair I would never get the laces again. Just something to think about before ordering.

Very comfortable Moccasins, but you will spend a lot of time trying different knots to try to keep the "laces" tied as they constantly come untied. The worst knot is the knot they ship with -- lasts about an hour of walking around.

I've had these mocs for about 2 weeks. I wear a 9.5 wide woman's shoe. I bought the men's moccasins hoping they would be wide enough. They are a bit snug in the width and a little too long, but I know they will stretch and a smaller size would be too tight. The fur inside the mocs is so soft and keeps my feet extra warm. The moc is sewn together with some sort of twine-looking string, not leather like I've seen with other mocs. The sole of the shoe is thick and sturdy... more like a regular shoe, which made the mocs heavier than I thought they'd be. Over all I like them, but I think I'll start to LOVE them once I break them in more.

I am enjoying my latest pair of Wicked
Good Moccasins, but I cannot for the life
of me figure out how to keep the laces
tied! They appear nice, but serve no
useful function and come untied constantly.
