I wear size 11.5 dress shoes, size 12 tennis shoes, size 11.5 casual boots... this is my first pair of Bean Boots, I was tempted to buy size 10.5, but, went with the size 11.0's.... that was a mistake, they were huge. Returned them for size 10.5, which fit perfectly with thick socks. Quality appears to be very good, have yet to wear them outside, currently walking around in the house in them to break 'em a bit.

Fantastic boots for anything from trekking through muddy woods to shuffling down snowy sidewalks or splashing in puddles with my toddler! Purchased the unlined and uninsulated style for year-round wear. Even in winter snow my feet stay warm with a pair of Darn Tough wool socks (as long as I'm not out for hours). I usually wear a size 9D boot so I got an 8D Bean Boot and the fit is perfect. After a year of wear they are holding up fantastically and I anticipate many more years to come!

They're still the same quality boot you expect. Great craftsmanship that can't be found anywhere else.

I have a pair of 34 year old tan and brown Maine Hunting Shoe (boots), resoled once, and which still serve me well. The teal upper and orange sole on my new boots are fun and cheery, and I look forward to wearing them when we head up to Mammoth to ski and when we (finally) get rain here in SoCal. I wear 10 1/2 D, ordered 10, and with a pair of thick cotton socks, which is all I need to stay warm here in California with its mild-to-moderate weather, the boots fit perfectly.

Nothing bad you can say about these boots. Well made and tough as nails. Break'em in and they are the go-to in wet/snow conditions. I wear a 10, bought a 9 and they fit perfect.

Better than expected. These are perfect for wet slushy snows and also stomping my way through wet areas near our mountain streams. I expect these boots will enhance my fishing experience. And at least I'll have happy feet when I'm shoveling snow!

Although I'm not able to wear the boots because of knee surgery I can't wait to get to use them. These are another great pair of boots that I've added to the collection. I did get to try them on and they felt great. These are going to be my wet grass go to walk the dog. I live in South Carolina and don't get the snow. These will be great in the winter here because we get a lot of rain. My buddy Pete needs his exercise every day.

I had to buy a pair! Then, the boots arrived and once I put them on, I noticed the pebbled soft thick uppers and the extra comfort in the rubber bottoms. In other words, the typical LLBean attention to every boot they make. Because they are such different colors, it's impossible to wear them and not having them noticed. They are fun to wear with jeans or a bit more formal, as it has been raining for a few days. In case you need another reason to get your own pair? They are on sale! Grab them before they are sold out!

Love wearing these boots when the ground is wet or when it is raining. I normally wear a 9 or 9 1/2 EE in other brands but I purchased these in a 8EE and they fit perfectly. And, they are surprisingly comfortable. Only drawback is that I have to loosen the laces before slipping them on. But, once on they are not tight in the ankle.

Customer service rep had the info (size, style, etc.,) of my last purchase on file making my recent purchase so easy. Customer Service is Outstanding. None better at any company. . . anywhere!

Needed a warm weather boot for yard work. Fits the need very well. Comfortable to wear, usually without lacing through topmost eyelets. Easy to put on and take off. As stated by LL Bean, these are a full size smaller than my usual for footwear.

This product has high quality stitching and leather. The colors are unique and well chosen.

I absolutely love these! I have always wanted a pair but I procrastinated for a decade or so until I finally got tired of wet feet during the rainy seasons One size smaller is key! I listened to the salesperson and I was skeptical. I wear size 14EEEE shoes but they told me to order one size smaller and that is CORRECT! They fit me perfectly with boot socks. Well done, thanks!

These boots are not one of the most revered boots for nothing. Whether walking in the rain or mud or hiking a backwood trail, these boots perform.

Perfect. Husband's favorite. Husband wears this boot frequently. Covers all types of weather and terrain.

I can not speak highly enough about these boots. They do everything they promise (waterproof, warm, good tread, really helpful w footing, and easy to clean.

Bean Boots are always of the highest quality. The only reason a new pair was needed is my son outgrew his previous pair - which we have handed down. This new pair will be around for a long time. They'll be among the items back to move to college.

The boots are as usual up to L.L. Bean's quality control standards!!! Got one size up so could use two pairs of socks and polartec boot liners here in Alaska. Used the boots while cutting wood yesterday in a foot of snow, warm feet.

Comfortable fit and waterproof. Hiked 4 miles right out of the box.

These boots are excellent. I bought them two sizes smaller because they do run very large. There was a problem with the leather on one, and the Bean repairs people took care of the problem. They're even more comfortable than my (more expensive) Blundstone boots.

I have wanted a pair of Bean Boots for years and finally went for it. Beautifully crafted. Ordered my usual size, but they were too large. Returned for 1 size smaller and, with comfy thick sock, they fit just right. (See the size/fit tab) Nice for walking, and lighter than I expected. Not a deal breaker, but the quality of the shoe laces is inferior. They started to show signs of failure after a few wears.

I love this boot. It is comfortable to wear while running errands or on walks. I ordered a wide and my shoe size. The boot fits a little large but I am still very happy with it.
