Bean boot is comfortable I don't know about cold weather since I just got them

This is my second pair of these great boots. My first pair lasted almost 25 years. I wear them almost every day walking our wooded property with my dogs. I also wear them when I am clearing snow from the driveway and cutting grass when its wet. My feet are always warm and dry. As to fit, I normally wear a 9 1/2 to 10 wide width shoe. I ordered a 9 wide and with thick socks the fit is perfect. They are a little loose with normal socks but still quite comfortable.

Have worn these like an old air of jeans. When I first got mine I dipped them into the Atlantic in Camden to help them dry and mold to my feet - when I needed to replace my bottoms Bean gave me back my original boots that looked brand new. Thanks, LL, thanks Freeport - 55v year customer, rbm

I've owned at least six pairs over my lifetime. Great for wet, muddy weather. They hold up well. My last pair was worn over 100 times walking the dog through the woods at approximately four miles per time. That's over 1,000,000 flexes for the rubber bottoms. They were approximately 1/2 worn out and began to separate at the rubber/leather joint. I am having them resoled.

I purchased a pair of 8 inch bean duck boots. I recently received them. Beautiful boots ,but the rough stitching on the inside of these boots are killing my ball joints omg. Trying to convince myself that they need to be broken in but I don't see how that's going to help the glue around the rough stitching is coming loose so all those raw pieces of leather are rubbing against my joint. I tried wearing them twice but I can't they're killing my feet. Maybe I got a bad pair? SMH.

Great boot seeing them for years now I own a pair beautiful leather the materials are A1 the fit is great but I think most people might need to try on in person to know their Bean Boot size as i normally wear a 11.5 but in boots I'm a sz 11 but in Bean boots I'm a sz 10 that's a huge difference but nonetheless a great boot

Classic, the best, I get them once a year, I like the way they look when they are new.

Sizing information said order 1 size down. Boots run large. So I did thinking also wide as well . Received new boots in great shape. Had new boots on my feet less than a minute way to narrow . Immediately sent them back ordered same sizein a wide. Receive my new white boots and roughly 3 weeks tried them on. It is great. I might've been been even able to go down a half size smaller yet. I wear an 11 1/2 ordered a 10 1/2 but I will take the 10 1/2 double E The build quality is excellent. Looking forward to breaking in the leather tops.

My size is typically 9.5 for NB shoes. I chose 8 Wide.

Great boot and very comfortable. Perfect for the snowy weather this winter season. They were very handy and my feet stayed dry.

Comfortable and warm right out of the box. This is my second pair of these boots the first pair served me well for over 10 years. Very glad for the extra wide size available!

Great quality boot. Keeps my feet dry. Adding the Shearling insole makes the boot a much warmer for colder days. I'm looking forward to years of wear. Fit guide per LL Bean is spot on. Follow it and you won't have issues.

Just got these and was worried about the sizing as I have started wearing a 10 wide, this fits perfectly and enough room for some thicker socks in the winter (size 9). If I love these I will likely get a winter pair, but first let's see how my first pair goes.
