I have this jacket in several colors. The fit is perfect and I live in Wisconsin so the winters can be brutal. I like that the jacket is light weight but keeps me warm through most of the winter! Happy customer

I love this jacket. I usually buy black coats and was thrilled with my color choice. It's just as neutral as black and definitely more fun! It runs true to size, comes low enough to cover my hips and is very light weight while still being warm. It is roomy enough to accommodate a heavy sweater without any bulk. I have its long "sister" and love the fact that it folds into a pocket and fits in my handbag. Perfecto!

I fell in love with this fabulous jacket the moment I opened the package! It's light as a feather, fits perfectly, has plenty of room for a fleece or a sweater underneath and the cuffs keep out the chilly breezes. The color "Sugar Plum" is sensational!! This jacket is a 10+!!

I love this warm light weight jacket. I am 5'5" and weigh 110. I ordered a small and it fit perfect. I like the fact it is a longer jacket which adds a layer of warmth.

Light, warm and comfortable. This is my "go to" jacket. It can sometimes be difficult to find a comfortable jacket in women's plus sizes, but this jacket fits great. It fits slightly below the hip. I like having a little extra length. I'm 5'4" and wear a 2x. Very happy with my purchase!

This is super warm and a very soft, smooth material. I have never owned a down jacket I didn't get cold with just a tshirt! It's also not too puffy feeling!

I live in Vermont, where the weather is unpredictable. This is my go to jacket. It's super warm, yet comfortable enough where I don't feel stuffed in layers. I wish I would've purchase it years ago!

Love it! Color is amazing and it is so warm and lightweight! Would definitely recommend! Always had trouble finding a jacket I liked because they are all too bulky but this one is great! Wanted a purple because purple is one of my favorite colors, but I wanted a bright purple so I went with the turquoise looking color and I love the color.

I purchased this coat for my wife. She she is very pleased with the comfort and warmth of the coat.

I loved this jacket the minute I took it out of the package and tried it on! It fits perfectly and has plenty of room for a turtleneck and a fleece underneath. I choose the color Sugarplum which is so pretty with the aqua trim and the color radiates up to my face giving it a soft glow on my pale winter skin. The cuffs are great, fit snuggly keeping out winter breezes. This is a great jacket and I'm thrilled with it. Thank you L.L. Bean for your excellent quality.

I love this jacket so much I bought two of them - one in a Regular XL and a second in a Plus 2XL. Before I give the pros, I want to warn you that this jacket runs VERY small! I am 5'5" and wear a size 10 dress. LL Bean recommended that I order a "Large" in this jacket, which I did - and I couldn't zip it; it didn't fit around my hips. I ordered a Regular XL, and it fits well. It is not too loose, but not too tight - so long as I don't wear a sweater or sweatshirt under it. For that reason, I ordered a second jacket in Plus 2XL and that one gives me enough room to wear a sweatshirt underneath and still be able to do things like move freely and expand my lungs enough to breathe. The pros are numerous! When they say this jacket is "lightweight" they mean it! It is featherweight! It is also VERY warm and cozy, without being so warm I feel stuffy or sweaty. The fabric resists water, so you can wear it in the rain or the snow and still stay dry and warm. And - when you find a size that fits - it wears very comfortably; it's so light I almost forget that I am wearing it. The colors are as-pictured online and are very attractive, jeweled tones with a darker lining that peeks through at the collar and cuffs. The pockets are deep enough to immerse your hands well up to the wrists, and they hold a lot of stuff. The zipper closures are flush with the jacket , so nothing sticks out (and nothing falls out). The large, inside the jacket pocket also doubles as a storage pocket for the jacket - you can literally stuff the entire jacket inside itself, zip it closed and you will have a comfortable neck-roll style pillow! Overall, it is a great jacket! I spend a lot of time outdoors, so it gets a lot of wear, yet I am starting my third season with the XL and it has yet to show any wear at all!

This coat is incredibly light. I am a big walker and lightness is very important to me. But this is one of the warmest coat I've ever owned I can wear it in 10 weather and be totally comfortable with light layers underneath.

I searched far and wide for an ultralight down jacket that didn't make one look like a house. I checked every retailer online that I could find...about 15 of them This jacket has everything; it's super light yet with 850 fill power, it has no hood (I hate hoods), the sleeves are long enough and the length of the jacket is perfect. So glad I found it.

This is the most beautiful well designed down jacket I've ever owned! I love the ocean blue color. The length of this jacket is just right for a petite and is very flattering. I like the deep front pockets as well as the inner pocket. I can layer under it and my rain jacket easily fits over it for heavy rains which we've been having here on the west coast and have been so needed. Last night I was out in 30 degree temps in high winds and rain and stayed comfortably warm. Thanks, LL Bean, good one. I highly recommend this down jacket!

love this jacket! wesr it all year round. It is great for travelling and great to layer.

My daughter loves this coat! It's the first coat I haven't had to fight with her to wear. She loves the feel, and the color. I've had the hooded version for at least 3 or 4 years now, and I love mine too!

I am so glad that you brought back this style in the plus sizes. I was unable to find that last season and was very disappointed since the one I had had prior had run its course. By far the best winter jacket ever. Thank you LL Bean

It was a little puffier than what I was looking for but it is still lightweight and packable
