This jacket fits great. Lightweight and warm. I'm so used to bulky warm jackets, this one is a game changer.

Very nice jacket! It is very light but keeps me warm.Only complaint I have is that sizes run small, I usually wear an XL, but had to go up to an XXL and had to deal with returning the XL jacket.

Love this jacket! Warm, light weight, and looks great ! Well worth the money. That being said my only complaint is the LL Bean name on it. I hate paying that much money to be a free advertisement for LL Bean.

I am extremely pleased at both the light weight and the warmth afforded by this jacket. My only regret is that I didn't buy it sooner.

I purchased this down jacket for my husband as a gift; however, I let him choose the color which is a beautiful blue. He started wearing it the day it arrived. It is light weight but warm and also handsome. He is 6' tall and weighs 168 pounds and I ordered a regular large because he often wears a heavy shirt or fleece vest under the jacket. I would highly recommend this jacket.

Incredibly warm but designed in a way that you still have full range of motion. I purchased a Men's variety as someone with broad shoulders and wide hips the Women's cut didn't allow for layers and comfort especially around the hips, even in a larger size. I wore this on vacation in Nova Scotia and was super comfortable given the frigid winds and was delighted at how many cool rocks and sea shells could fit into the pockets! The coat packs down in the left side pocket and squishes down well in a backpack, that feature was KEY packing up.

This my second Ultralight 850, bought as backup as I wear all the time. Very warm and lightweight. Typically wear with just a shirt underneath except it very cold conditions were a light sweater is sufficient. Very pleased.

Bought this jacket for my 14 year old son. He loves that it's not bulky or heavy. He's 5' 10" and on the slim side - the S fits fine. I have the same jacket and will say it's not the warmest once the temperature drops below freezing, but a great jacket for late fall or for a teen who normally goes without a jacket!

This is my "go to" jacket now over all my other jackets because it's comfortable, wind/water resistant, easy to pull on or take off, and keeps me warm. I'm 6' 175lbs and the large fits perfectly.

I got this in a regular large. I'm 5' 11" 190 lbs. I tried the medium but it was tight around the armpits. The large is slightly loose on me (sleeves are a little long) but this is okay because it allows for a fleece jacket to go underneath. The chest pocket is nice and fits an iphone 13 pro. The cinch cords at the waist are a nice touch to tighten up the fit and keep out the cold. I haven't tried it in really cold weather yet, but again it will allow for a layer underneath so it should be fine in frigid conditions.

Got this jacket for milder winter days and for wearing layers. It is very light, but still keeps you warm down to the low 40s F. I wore it on a windy day that was in the low 40s with a t-shirt underneath and was comfortable. On a colder day I had more layers on underneath and was fine. I used the sizing tools on the website and the fit was spot on.
