Looks great. Runs small. If used for layering, I recommend going up a size or even 2, depending on what wearing underneath. A T-shirt is the most I will be able to wear, and I ordered my usual size

I bought this because I like its retro vibe. I actually love the classic logo on the chest. It is definitely cozy which is what I was going for. I wish it was a little more fitted, but I guess that is LL Bean for you. I am 5'7 and 116 lbs and the XS fits but is a little roomy.

I love this beautiful pullover, got it in the olive green color and it goes with everything. I would wear it all the time except it is HOT to wear in a normal office setting. I go outside a lot with my work and it is perfect outdoors if it is 50F or less. I normally do not get hot and have other fleeces I can wear indoors all day, so I guess it must just be exceptionally thick or less breathable than others. Still, love it and will wear it outside all fall and winter. Might not need another layer!

Overall good quality. it is slightly fitted. I would prefer one more snap so that putting it on over your head was a little easier.

This fleece pullover is very warm and comfortable. The outside looks and feels like a knitted sweater but the inside is fuzzy and soft. It fit true to size. I did have a problem with the gray fabric that has the snaps. Mine is starting to become a little discolored. I think it is from the oils of my skin. This doesn't normally happen to me so I was disappointed. I recommend being careful with that gray fabric.

Love the slightly longer length: body length hits just above mid hip and sleeves cover the wrists. I'm 5'6" & 130 pounds. Medium was roomy enough to fit over button down shirts but not too bulky. Shoulders are nicely tailored, square. Great quality. I ranked 4 rather than 5 because of two things. 1) 1/4 zip could be longer. A collared shirt feels cramped around the neck and I can't get the layered look I desire. 2) The LLBean label on the front is like a huge name tag. AWFUL. But! I easily (carefully) removed it with a small blade cutting each stitch. No damage was done to the item. So I would recommend!

I love the material of this pullover! I recommend ordering a size down because it does run large!

This is a warm pullover with flannel lined pockets. Very cozy. Love the color and style. The sleeves are a bit short but my arms are short so that works out fine for me.

I like this, but I would caution that if you want something roomy, you should size up. It's thicker material, and very warm.

First, the good things. This sweater is warm and comfortable. I did find the "kangaroo" pocket handy as I was using this for playing tennis in the winter and always need a place to stash balls. The major downside for me was I found the snaps on the neck very difficult to close. I needed to look in a mirror to match up the sides and press very hard to make them close.
Also, I felt the fit was looser than I would like for the stated size (M) which is my usual size for LLB tops.

This pullover is very snuggly. I have trouble staying warm, and this is a great help. I like the hands-through pockets, too. It's long enough - falls at hip - and fits over a couple of layers (I am 5"4", 105 lbs, XS fit nicely) and the sleeves aren't too tight. I deducted a star because it is somewhat difficult to take off, but this could be due to my having somewhat wide shoulders. I feel that it is true to size - I usually wear an XS in Bean clothing.
I got the purple sunset (which looks blue to me) and love the color. Thanks, LLBean, for another great product.

These sweaters run really small; order a larger size than you normally wear.

I ordered this in a beautiful teal color. It arrived and it was a bit snug so I called for the next largest size and it was backordered for a long period. I had to return it, unfortunately. Nice quality but on the small size.

I'm 5'3 and 110lbs and received this in a size small. It's not snug, but falls just to my hips and the sleeves are a good length. It leaves plenty of room for me to layer while I'm outside in the cold. It's very cozy and warm! The only downside was that it had a really bad chemical smell to it as I unwrapped it, so I had to put it in the wash.

This is a nice lightweight fleece for cool - not cold weather. It has a nice zip breast pocket for your cell phone or wallet. I recommend buying a size larger than you normally get - the way it's constructed can make it a little tight. I got an XL instead of a large.

Colors bright and look good, thick warm and soft. Only complaint is the fit. I'm usually a L or XL in most LLB items. I tried on a L in store and found it tight across the shoulders and armpits and super short sleeves. Ordered an XL online and it seems there's a lot more material around the middle (kind of saggy in the front but it's a sweatshirt so not worried about that) but I got no extra material in the sleeves see picture, a good 3 inches short at the wrist in an XL. I'll keep it, but far from a perfect fit.

I am pleased with the product. However, I recommend you size down as it runs slightly large. Also, you should wash this before you wear it as it seems this product comes with a harsh chemical smell to it- mine did. Regardless, I would recommend this sweater fleece for the Fall and Winter season.

The royal plum color is beautiful and just as depicted online, however I'm a solid size 12 and 26 years old and I don't mind things being cut close to the body, and the size large is about as tight as I would want this to be (36D, 5'6-5'7), the sleeves are just barely long enough. Also, the collar is excessively tall on this; it only bothers me slightly but if you have a short neck, that might be a large problem if you don't intend to wear the collar folded down. Finally, the item came REEKING of chemicals. Even after 2 days out of its bag it still smelled horrendously. After an initial wash it seems to be 85% out, so I'm hoping the next wash it will all be out. All in all, it's a good price for an item that is very similar to a competitor's that I've been eyeballing for years but haven't had the heart to spend that much money on, but watch the sizing. I could easily have gone to the XL.

Perhaps a bit too warm for indoors. Great with a layer for outdoor Fall or Spring weather.

I ordered a size up in this sweater (size XL instead of L), and loved the fit and feel and the look of it. BUT the hand warmer pocket lining, dropped below the bottom trim of the sweater and was visible from the front and side. I don't know if this was an unusual occurance with this particular sweater or it is just that no one else noticed it or was bothered by it. My husband noticed it quickly after saying how nice it looked and how well it fit.

Bought one for me, one for my teenage daughter. It looks really cute with her bean boots. We both love the style, fit and the front pocket. It does have a chemical odor as other reviewers have noted. I hung them outside on my screened porch for several days before putting it in my closet, but the odor is still lingering, altho less so after a month. I ordered our usual size, Med for her, Lg for me, and I think it fits both of us just right. There's still room for a shirt under it, but not a heavy one. It's a keeper.

Heavier than I had expected, but wonderfully soft, I think this fleece is going to be very useful as the weather gets cooler. I got a Large rather than my usual Medium to have more room for layering. I'm glad I did.

Tried this on in the store today. It's cute, but it runs REALLY small. I am 4'11" and usually wear a petite small in LL Bean tops. The regular medium in this was quite fitted with nothing but a T shirt underneath. It was completely sold out in medium in every size except grey, but there were lots of smalls and x-smalls left. It also runs pretty long. Another reviewer mentioned that the shoulders are really narrow, and I agree.
Overall it's super cute, but I would size up at least one size and possibly two if you want to wear this over anything heavier than a thin T shirt.
