Great fleece. Warm, substantial, much better than the thin fleece at other places. Fit is great, if the slightly fitted is your thing - slim but comfy, not constricting at all. Looks great, passes for a sweater, doesn't look like you're going to the gym. Not a huge fan of the large Bean logo, I prefer the old style that was less obvious, but that's a minor thing. Very pleased, this is my go to when I need an extra layer around the house or going out.

I purchased one of these jackets 10 years ago, and it is still in good shape. I wanted to try another color, and I trust it will also last a long time.

Husband loves these jackets. They are warm and comfortable.

I love this jacket. Very comfortable. It's perfect for 40 to 60 weather. I'm 6 feet tall and weigh 215 (athletic build - not much of a belly) and the regular XL fits perfectly. I rarely buy or wear green clothing. However, this jacket in Hunter green is really rich looking. I can't comment on durability as I've we had it for six weeks. But it gets near daily use and it still looks brand new.

On very cold and windy days a heavy shirt fits underneath for a good fit

This sweater is the perfect weight for the coldest New Orleans weather.

Heavy fleece jacket that keeps you warm, doesn't stop wind though. XL is a nice looser fit. Fabric is heavier than my similar style jackets which I like.

Size S fits well (snug) and is warm but is not a windbreaker.

The blue is a beautiful color. And the quality is very obvious in this sweater fleece.

I've owned a few different fleece jackets over the years but this is my new favorite. It feels substantial and the tweed-like sweater outer is really great looking and feeling. Coupled with a thick fleece inner, it's a perfect jacket for even colder winter days. Big thanks to LL Bean for offering more options in big sizes even in-store! I have this in the 3XL and it fits exactly right and true to size. I also love that the sleeve length is generous without having to order a "tall" size.

Despite my best efforts to upgrade my son's wardrobe upon returning to Boston, he insists on wearing this LL Bean jacket as his go-anywhere, do anything outer layer. From commuting to the fire station, to nights at local taverns, this sweater keeps him warm in the nippy New England fall season. Not as soft as his Uncle Niles's gap sweater made by master weaver Diego of Spain, who knits it from the chin hairs of Andalusian mountain goats, but at $99 retail, this sturdy utilitarian jacket is a sensible purchase that will last longer should it ever come in reach of my sweater-destroying sister in law Daphne.

My Dad really lives his new jacket. He said it's warm and cozy and very comfortable to wear.

I really love this coat. Everything except the cuffs on the sleeves is totally awesome. The cuffs go down over my hands and I feel like I am wearing my dad's coat as a younger person.

I decided to get this lighter colored sweatshirt version of the classic Beans sweater (I had one in 1970 lol) and so glad I did..it's attractive and comfortable

My husband loves this jacket. He puts it on every morning and wears it as our old home is heating up and his coffee is brewing. It is his favorite right now.
