This shirt is perfect in every way, but especially because the sleeves are long enough. I have bought too many flannel shirts in the past where the sleeves end up being too short. Also, fabric and color are great. Very happy with this shirt.

I ordered this shirt in a 'tall', even though I have the identical shirt in 'non-tall', because I liked it so much.

I received this shirt as a gift for Christmas. It is a size large (my size) and the fit is generous, but not too big...it's just right!! I have not laundered it yet, so can't comment on that. It is the quality I have come to expect from L.L. Bean.

Grey Stewart shirts have a long history with our family. My husband wore one for many years, retiring it when it frayed badly (it was not an LLBean shirt, no fraying with LLBean!). Our daughter took it out of the garbage and used it as a sleep shirt for many years. It finally had to be tossed when it developed holes and rips all over. Our daughter recently had a success at work, promotion and raise, so my husband sent the LLBean Grey Stewart flannel shirt as a gift for her, to replace the old, frayed sleep shirt. Our daughter was thrilled! I love that LLBean offers high quality clothing that can be passed down through generations. I expect our future grandchild will wear this shirt, someday.

High quality shirt. Nice weight, not too heavy. Keeps the body warm and not bulky with a coat on. The colors are traditional Scotch plaid and do not run when washed

Very happy with this flannel shirt. Short time usage, so have washed only once, but colorfast and no shrinkage.

My husband is pleased with this flannel shirt. Not too heavy, not too lightweight. This Scotch Plaid, Royal Stewart Tartan has rich, vibrant colors. The colors are even brighter than shows on screen. The plaids match at pocket and center front placket. Your shirts always do. Standard size. I am sorry I did not buy this tartan for myself, when it was available in Misses flannel shirt before Christmas. Now it will probably be several years before this particular tartan comes back.

I've worn this shirt several times, after being washed, it feels as if I was wearing it for the first time. I highly recommend it.

This is the 2nd scoth plaid flannel shirt that I purchased in the last week. I loved the first shirt and immediately purchased the second one. The LLBean scotch plaid flannel shirts are the softest, most luxurious feeling, that I have ever worn. They are far superior to any other flannel shirt on the market. I bought 4 Scotch Plaid Flannel Shirts several years, for my husband and myself. They get even softer in time. No fading. No shrinking. I live in South Florida and wear them all the time. Outside when it's cold, and inside in the heat of summer when the house air conditioner is on, and I want to be comfortable at the end of the day. I'm ordering some new ones, not because the old ones are worn, but because my family is tired of seeing me wear these all the time.

You simply cannot go wrong with Bean's Scotch Plaid shirts. The Portuguese flannel is luxuriously soft and the plaids harken back to years of tradition. My grandfather (my fashion hero) wore these decades ago when I was a boy and I learned to admire them then. The Blackwatch plaid and the new Grey Stewart are particularly nice. The Grey Stewart has so many great colors. The blue and green don't show very well in the picture on the website, but they really make the shirt.

One of the LLB gifts to my husband and he loves it. Says it is really soft. You get what you pay for and then some with this shirt.

I have a purchased a variety of items from L.L. Bean for a long time and, except for one occasion when there was problem with the inseam length of a pair of slacks, (The problem was remedied in an appropriate and timely manner.) I have always been completely satisfied with your products and service.

Still love these shirts! Over the years the fabric has seemed to thin out a bit, but overall are still the best flannel shirts available for the $ I own many and try and buy a few a year to keep my closet stocked. You wont be disappointed with these shirts!

The shirt fits great and last forever! I love all my LLBean flannels! I'm a warm weather guy, but when fall and winter approach I'm genuinely excited to get my flannels out. These shirts are worth every penny.

Save on heating bill with this shirt. Flannel is very soft and comfortably warm. Fit is ok could be a bit trimmer in fit - I'm 5'10 160lb
