I like the style of the shoe very Much However, the shoe is Very difficult to keep clean.

This is the second time I have bought this style. There is something wrong with the tongues. It is very painful and irritating the skin, even with socks. I returned it today but certainly wasting time and energy trying to give J&R a chance.

I love the feel of the shoe but the first time I wore them the cloth eyelet that holds the shoestring, pulled out. I have used super glue and put it back, but it continues to pull out.

Tight, stiff & narrow.

I am truly unhappy about my latest Johnson & Murphuy show purchase. The right show seems to be bigger than the left, and continually rubs my heal, no matter how much I try to lace up the shoe. My previous J&M shoe purchase was amazing. Those are my favorite shoes, and influenced me to go ahead and make my 2nd purchase. Very surprised and disappointed in this last pair of shoes.

I have been a Johnston & Murphy customer for over ten years, 90% of the shoes I own are J&M, I was very excited when I purchased this shoe and a similar shoe in blue as I had been looking for them. My disappointment, to my surprise, is the lack of sole support in both pair. After wearing for more than two hours, they are actually uncomfortable near the ball of my feet. I don't know if they need an additional sole added or what, but was very disappointed.

The shoe is very comfortable and attractive but the color was described as "blue" but the color scheme is narrow. I had to purchase more clothing to match them. I would recommend them to others if theybhave a similar color scheme.

I've been wearing a size 11 for 20 years (including other J&M shoes, which I love), but these seem to be at least a full size too big. I actually tripped over the toebox because it stuck out so far. I don't know how there are enough reviews to warrant "True to Size" for the fit. I like the shoe and would recommend it, just order smaller than you typically wear.

When I first got these shoes I have already purchased 4 other johnston and murphy products for different uses. These shoes look fantastic out of the box and are light and beautiful product. I have worn them for maybe a month as my daily get around shoes and I already need a new pair. The bottom of the shoes are completely worn away. The base of the shoes material is not nearly as sturdy as the rest of the shoes and because of this I have nearly worn through them under my toes. Im a 190lb active man your Xtreme treads are much more durable. These are not.

Love the design and lightweight materials construction. Initial fit was spot on but after wearing 8 - 10 times, lateral foot support was less than what I expected. The shoes allowed my feet to rotate to the outside at the ankle joint. Perhaps a insole insert would help? Because of this "flaw", I would not purchase this shoe again.

They look very sharp and it is nice to be seen in them, however the sole is very thin and I do not really feel much support for my feet at all. It almost feels like walking barefoot.

Good looking shoe, runs big order half size smaller. Not good with no show socks or bare feet as top of foot rubs material and you feel it.

I bought these for the style but when I tried them on they weren't supportive enough. I was worried my foot would blow right through the sides.

These shows looked great, but they were too narrow and hurt my feet. Unfortunately, they do make a wide version of this shoe.

Title says it alllooks great, but not the least bit comfortable. Upgrade to higher end shoes from same brand that are AMAZING!

Like the look but the shoe/sneaker hybrid lacks support for my foot. I wear a size 9.5 so it's not a monster size at all. The sole is comfortable but the surrounding of the foot is weak. Would not buy again

The fabric on the top of the shoe cut into my foot. This would have caused unwanted blisters. Too bad, because I really like the show otherwise.

The eye lit where the shoe string goes through, broke. Wore the shoes 3 times and I can't wear them anymore. Bad design for the shoe string but comfortable for 3 times wearing them.

Had a good experience with another color so bought a second in black. While tightening and tying the laces for just the second wear, the eyelit came unglued and tore out. I really like a few of my Johnston & Murphy's, but this is the third pair out of my last seven which broke or tore within a few wears, so unfortunately will find it difficult to invest in any more pairs.
