I ordered a half size up and my toe was still touching the end. I am returning them.

I have been wearing ASICS for years and have never had an issue with sizing.. I’ve worn an 8 in every pair of Asics I’ve owned and I feel confident when ordering on line that they will fit like a glove right out of the box … except for ASICS Gel-Venture 8 in the color Digital Grape-Baltic Jewel!! No stores within 50 miles of me had that color in stock, soooo I ordered them from Zappos ( in my size 8 ) and as soon as I took them out of the box, I knew they weren’t going to fit! They looked like a size 7!! Sure enough, too small ! So I went to a local store who had this shoe, but in a different color ( Mako Blue-Pink Glow) and an 8 1/2 fit perfect! I exchanged my 8 for an 81/2 and they are too small as well!!! At first I thought Zappos sent the wrong size but nope!!! What the heck ASICS??? I’ve never had an issue with the Gel-Venture 6 or 7 and the sizing being that off!!! I don’t want to settle for colors I don’t like so it looks like I’m going to try a size 9 and if that doesn’t work I’m going to look for a different shoe all together!!! Very disappointed

Felt a full half size smaller and width felt like medium instead of a wide.

The size was fine. I ordered my regular size and it fit fine. The shoes do feel a little wide, though. The heel is more loose than I am used to in ASICS shoes. The shoes have a very soft sole that cushions well, but I over pronate and there is no stability support. I am keeping the shoes for daily wear, but for exercise walking or hiking, I will need to find another shoe. These would be perfect for someone who does not need stability support and is on their feet a lot.

Unfortunately had to return. The toe box was a bit too tight so I’d suggest if you have wide feet, getting a half size up from what you normally wear.

I ordered these in my normal size and they were too small lengthwise. I went up 1/2 a size and still too small. I’m waiting for the whole size up to be delivered. That being said, for this price point it felt like an above average quality. Very sharp looking too.

Got an 8 in these and both my big toes were touching the front too much.

Too short. Plan to return for longer size.

The left shoe footbed had a raised spot on it that made the shoe unwearable. The right shoe did not have this raised spot.

They are a tight on my feet not a true size

I normally wear Asics in a 5.5. I order a 5 in these and they were too big. I can't say if they were comfortable because of the size issue. I got the purple color and they were really cute, but the sizing is way off.

The was smaller than I thought should have gotten a size up or purchase a male's size.

I bought these to replace a pair of Venture 5s. The 8.5s I ordered are even smaller than the size 8s they were supposed to replace. They look great and are nicely constructed but the length is off

I bought these asics and the asics gel cumulus. I sent this one back and kept the gel cumulus!

I am used to wear Asics shoes, these shoes were surprisingly too small. I love Asics shoes and will buy another pair that hopefully fit

Frustrated that the same size as my previous Asics was too small (in length mostly, but slightly in toe-bed width also). Ordering a 1/2 size up and hoping they'll fit.

This model of shoe is, for some odd reason, a little smaller than prior models. I bought the Venture 7s and always size a half size up for athletic shoes. I did the same for this Venture 8. However, my toes were pushing just slightly over the top of the shoe, even prior to any physical activity. If you buy these, I recommend going a half size up.

The width of these is not as good as the previous or I bought. The toe box was tight.

for regular shoes I wear 6.5M, for sneakers I wear 7M. NB and Merrell 7M fit fine. this pair is my first pair of Aasics - very narrow at toe box, and feel 1/2 size shorter too. return.

I like this shoe but my toe was pressed into the front. It runs small so I had to return it.
