I have been a Nike guy since the early 80's and after trying these out....WOW! I'm hooked. These shoes are so comfortable and good looking. Exactly what I'm looking for in shoes.

I thought that the extra wide shoe would have too much room but it is more comfortable than my normal pair of gel venture 8's. I wish they sold the all black pair in normal width so they aren't so bulky looking but because they are all black, you can barely notice. They are a good work shoe if you are outdoors a bunch or need a shoe to run in. Not to mention, if you want more height, these shoes will give you a little boost. Ever since I got my first pair of gel ventures back in 2014, I haven't looked back. I probably buy a new pair of gel ventures every year. This is my second pair this year though. Super comfortable, ready for anything.

I have for years worn almost exclusively New Balance sneakers due to my wide feet(4E).And they always fit great.Recently purchased a different brand which were too tight and needed another pair of sneakers.This time I tried this ASICS Gel8 and they are great.Fit just like New Balance.Really comfortable sneakers and the look is good too.Will definitely reorder another pair.

I've been wearing the same size for many years but in New Balance sneakers, so I was hoping this new brand would fit the same, and it did. They are a lighter sneaker which is what I was looking for, and they are very comfortable. Just for variety, I might try another model of the same brand, which I do like.

These are replacement of same shoe that was too narrow, and these new wider ones fit just right. As usual, super easy to order replacement and send old ones back, and customer service person was a joy to deal with.

This was the perfect shoe for the Spartan Race at the right price! No slipping and sliding on the course. Plus, your shoes are dry at the end due to their excellent ventilation. Needs at least two weeks to break in.

These shoes are perfectly sized and lightweight - great for workouts and bike rides! They are a little dark in color, so they will look better with jeans and sweatpants than summer attire (according to my wife)?.

These shoes feel great! They are lightweight and make it more easy to complete a post knee replacement workout program. They are very dark grey and will look good with jeans in fall/winter - but with shorts, not so much, according to my wife. (I’ll be wearing mine to the gym, so fashion isn’t really an issue. )

Asics is a great shoe; been around since 1949 (Onitsuka Tigers)- much longer than that swoosh brand. I use the Venture as an everyday shoe and the model 8 is a nice upgrade. In the past I have worn 11.5 wide but this time around I found the 12 D width very comfortable and not any longer in the toe box. Very pleased with my purchase.

Fit and size are nice. Finding shoes in the 15 range is often difficult, but these are snug without being tight. The gel heel is springy and feels nice on long walks and at the disc golf park.
