The strings came out and completely came apart after two day. Do not recommend the youth ones. The adults seem to hold up

Bought for a gift and as soon as they put them on and tried to tighten the end of one lace came off.

I have not received the shoes yet. They're for my 5 year old son and we have been patiently waiting for them. I emailed heydude a week ago inquiring about them and I have yet to hear from anyone about it. But my husband and I both have a pair of HeyDudes and we love them..They genuinely are the most comfortable shoes I've owned and we plan on purchasing more in the future. I love the look, style and comfort! I really hope this order comes soon because my son is past ready for them :)

Stitching is coming apart and customer service is giving me the run around come on hey dude we buy a to of shoes from you only a week old

They where not what we expected . they where a birday present gone so wrong ...

I got a replacement, but now yall want to charge me for not sending the others back in them when my email said yall would send a return label and I didnt receive one. Guess Im supposed to read between the lines. You figure being a loyal customer by buying 4 pairs of shoes in 2 months time you wouldnt try and make me out as a liar. Anyhow, for that reason I wont purchase anything else Hey Dude.

My son wore these a handful of times the back stitch is coming out the toe is fraying and the insoles are peeling. One completely came apart within 2 weeks of getting the shoes in the mail. They have never been wet or worn out of school. Very disappointed.

Would love to review the shoes but unfortunately they never made it and customer service is horrible. This was my first time ever ordering Hey Dude shoes and I will never again order directly from them.

Wally Youth Navy Camo. Have had for 2 weeks and they are completely trashed! They have a mesh like fabric over the shoe and it is tearing and fraying. Super disappointed as is my son.

Poor quality material. Poorly made. Won't be back or recommend to others.

Bad company wont buy from again

I purchased these for my son and Im highly disappointed. Hes worn them 3 times and the threading in the toes is coming apart in several diff places. Ive reached out to yall a few days ago, but havent heard back.

Were too wide!

My order is almost 2 weeks late! My son waits for them every day. I cannot get anyone on the phone.

They were not the right color I ordered and the strings are coming from the hem
