My 8 year old likes the shoes, but they are completely falling apart after less than 2 weeks. He wears uniform shoes to school, so he only periodically wears his dude shoes after school. For the high price, I think these shoes should have lasted much longer than 2 weeks. I will definitely stick with sketchers from now on.. I am really dissappointed.

I think these shoes run a little big. My grandson won't be able to wear them anytime soon and I dont know how to return them. I was so disappointed, he wanted some so bad, so he could be like his Uncle Tony and can't wear them.

Shoes are very comfortable but run a little big, and had a problem with shipping. They lost a pair of shoes I ordered

Shoes make the arches in my feet hurt something terrible. Would be a great shoe for running a quick errand but not all day use.

The stitching comes apart and hey dude refuses to send a replacement even though that she was under warranty because they say the frayed look is what that she was supposed to look like. Absolutely unexceptable. This is how they treat their loyal customers. Im switching to the sketchers version and you should too! Theyre MUCH BETTER and the customer service is better also! I wish I could post The pictures that I sent to the company of the shoes that they refuse to replace! Be warned dont buy!!

These are less than a year old and only worn from time to time. I am extremely disappointed in how these held up for the price I paid.

After a short period of time, the stitching started coming apart. I reached out to Heydude, and they simply told me it was past the warranty period so they wont stand behind the product. True, its past the 60 daysbut theyre not worn out, theyre just coming apart. Wont purchase Heydudes again!

Terrible customer service. Subpar product

Had to return the shoes. Ordered size 4 and way too small and narrow.

They must run a size small because they are to small for my grandson. I dont know how to return them.

The shoes didn't even come in a box just a bag! All smashed up!

I contacted customer service and they refused to exchange them for a different style 14 days after my purchase date. I wear Hey Dudes and love them but Im weary of buying them again because they clearly do not stand behind their product.
