I gave these 3 stars because the shoes themselves are so comfortable but a bit pricey for what you get. The customer service is terrible when it comes to tracking your package. I was supposed to get free 1 day shipping and it took over 2 weeks. The tracking literally shows nothing until it is delivered and if you ask about your items tracking issues, they just resend your tracking number to you which still tells you nothing.

The shoes are great and comfortable for my son but we have only had them 2 weeks and the threads are already unraveling in places.

Shoes stitching started coming apart during first wear.

The shoes are good. I own probably 10 Pairs. It took over a month to get them from the time I paid until they showed up.

The stings are not made well. I continuously have to rethread my sons shoes. Also the plastic tips came off. Other than that he loves his hey dudes.

I couldnt give good nor bad, but my package never arrived at my home and shipping said delivered. I was absolutely disappointed as I bought the cute red ones for Valentines Day. Ian not sure, but I think this would be usps fault.? Ill try again hopefully soon. I was refunded.

Shoe strings are to short to tie. They do not come with a clip to tighten strings. Puzzling since they were kids shoes. So I have to knot the strings every time they wear them. :unamused:

I bought these for my son for church only. They have been worn a total of 4 hours and are already coming apart at the seam. They are in pristine condition otherwise without even a stain. For the price paid I expected better craftsmanship.

I never even received this package.

Threads hanging off the shoe all over the place make the shoe look cheap. Didnt notice it in store I think they got loosened from wear. My son has only worn a few times and they look like hes had them for years.

I will not be buying any more for my grandson because for the amount of money they are they are not worth it, the first pair look bad, and you said they just wear that away. And you don't have extra shoestring to even buy. The ones on the shoes are breaking. I do not think you have good customer service. I have bought at least 8 or 9 nine pair. I can't wait to see them after they are washed for the first time.

I own so many hey dudes as do my kids. This was the first pair that strings started coming apart after one wear! Could someone please email me about this? I have pictures available.

Very well made but run small

We went to a local dealer and tried on our shoes and then placed an order for them. When they came in they are atleast 2 sizes to big from what we tried on in the store.

While these shoes are very comfortable (as comfortable as a go walk sketcher shoe) they have a poor durability. The fabric easily breaks down making brand new shoes look torn and tattered after short length of wear. My children are wearing them as casual shoes changing in to a different shoe for outdoor play and a separate shoe for gym.

My son felt they were too wide and no comfortable so returns them.

We purchased these as a birthday gift for my 8 year old son last month and he absolutely loves them but was so disappointed to find the thread unraveling after just one day of wear. We have trimmed the string several times but it keeps coming apart further. He wants me to order another pair, but we are wondering if this is a common issue among certain styles or is this just a fluke?

The shows are fine. Fit too small. Tried to change my order the second I realized the size was wrong and was told no. Nothing processed or shipped. So I'm stuck with shoes (my first and last pair from this company) that I'll never be able to wear.
