My son (age 4) wore the shoes to open house at school and to the car lot while we dropped our car off and I noticed there were strings hanging off of both shoes in multiple places. Not reveling, like 3-4 inch strings in several places. I sent pictures in to the company and they told me it was normal. Highly doubt it should have been like that after one day wearing the shoes when he wasn't even "playing hard" like normal.

My son got hey dudes for school. Has wore them handful of times and they are falling apart.

Rubbed blisters on my son's feet

My shoes were defective and unraveled after the first time my son wore them. I submitted pictures to customer service and told them I am very disappointed with my purchase. They will not replace my shoes because they said it is natural for them to unravel. I will not buy again.

I am usalley a 4 and the hey dudes that I got were a size for and they were big, it honestly made me not want to shop from them again well actually the online store i got them for.

2, I keep trimming strings off of the shoes

They do not fit my son. I have requested for them to be returned through customer service with no response. The package arrived without an invoice or any type of return address. I am stuck with shoes that do not fit him.

One shoe was flawed and fell apart at the seams and had holes worn in it after the second time wearing them.

Arrived with damaged laces that have started to unravel and the shoes havent even been worn yet. You would think I could simply get a replacement lace. Customer service offered a mismatched lace (remember, brand new, never been worn). After over a month of back-and-forth with customer service and 3/4 through the summer, they offered an exchange. Such a hassle! And so aggravating that even if we do the mail exchange, the summer is practically over and my son will get very little wear since he never wears shoes for two seasons due to growing feet.

TERRIBLE QUALITY. These fell apart after less than 2 weeks of wear. I sent pictures of the shoes. Hey Dudes refuses to give me a refund. They do NOT stand behind their products. I will never buy from this company ever again.

Only drawback is its not in a adult size. I would pay extra even if you could special order it. I would be neat if they did like Nike or Timberland where you could build your own shoe.

I got my hey dude shoes and I order Y5 and the size was more like Y4

Needed an Adult size 11. Received a youth

I received this with strands already coming out around the seams on the toes, after a week of wearing them my son was already complaint about the strings getting worse. Very saddened y this as this was the 3rd pair I had purchased in less than 2 months for him.
