The right boot fit awesome but the left boot seemed a half size smaller. It was visibly smaller and was much too tight on my foot. So they went back and I bought the waterproof LLBean boot - which wasn't waterproof at all. So that went back too. Ugh...

I bought these for my husband and they would be nice boots if you could get them off. They are well made but with his back problems he does not need something he has to struggle to get off.

I bought these boots thinking they would be really good but they are the worst I ever bought so I took them back Beacuse the rub my chin.

Have worn these boots 4 times and they are the coldest boots I have ever worn. Had them on yesterday and outside temp was around 20 and snowing. Within 30 minutes my feet were freezing plus I was wearing wool socks. Tried them again today and got the same result, this time the outside temp was mid 20's. Just not what I excepted from a Bean product.

In my opinion the only thing true thing about these "Arctic" Sport Boots, they are waterproof. I wore them for the first time blowing snow with the air temperature at 4 degrees above zero and my feet got cold within an hour. The makers of the boot claim an estimated comfort range of 40 above to 40 below. I e-mailed the makers about my complaint and all I got was instructions on how to dress for cold weather. I had to let them know that I've lived, worked and played outdoors winters all my 69 years of life. I also suggested to have the neckties wear the boots ice fishing in northern tier of states.
