While they seemed like good quality, the backs were too low and slipped off my heels every time I took a step. I tried multiple sizes and unfortunately it didnt get better so I had to return. Sad because they seemed nice and I loved that they came in wide widths!

I am sure the product is awesome. Because I just got a pair directly from Margaux, and it was just perfect. I was very satisfied, so I ordered another pair here to get a military discount, but the product is like someone worn for a while, and the the package is horrible. And it was delivered to my neighbor. I will return it and buy it at Marguax.

The shoes did not fit, too narrow, and also has no arch support. They are nice looking but quite expensive.

Great shoe, with lovely cushy padding - best in class for this style. Padding is similar to (slightly less than) Josef Siebel Pippa flats; style is similar to Chanel cap-toe CC ballet flats, with a slightly shorter toe box / rise on top of foot. Sizing runs to true to size - e.g., I wear a 42 in most brands, a 41.5 or 42.5 in others. I tried a 41.5 in my color since 42 wasn’t available, and this was my first purchase with this brand. Returned as the 42 will be my fit in this brand; and will try that in the Pointe.

I love the shoes, but they are too long. I need a 6 1/2 instead.

I first ordered these in my usual size (7 1/2M) and they were way too big. My heel slipped out even after several attempts at tightening them. I loved the style, but reluctantly had to return them. After a few months I decided to reorder these shoes in the same size - 7 1/2, but this time I tried a narrow. And it worked! They fit like a glove.

These are cute, stylish and very comfortable. Zappos recommended a half size larger and it’s a great fit!

I love these shoes. They are classic and like wearing a pair of slippers. True to size and amazing quality.

I have these in Black and Scarlet and they are my go-to shoes. So so comfy for trecking around town, working on my feet, and drinks with friends. The black is the perfect Little Black Flat and the Scarlet dress up any look, even jeans, and add a pop of colour! Fit true to size and the adjustable string makes it so that if they cut in a touch on the heel, you can solve that issue without sizing up. They come with a perfect cotton bag/sleeve that makes storage and packing them (without getting your clothes dirty) easy. Easy to clean, easy to care for, and now that I have them, I don't know how I went so long without them. I'll be getting them in more colours.

The best flats around! After being gifted a pair from a friend and falling in love with them, but having a slight issue with the sizing (they were a little too large + too narrow), I stopped by the Bleeker store and bought two pairs, one in Cerulean and one in Scarlet, the latter of which is softer and less fire-engine-red in person. Both colors match almost everything--kind of the perfect mix between statement shoe and neutral basic, if that makes any sense. Comfort level is sublime. I live in nyc and walk a good 5-8 miles a day, so usually wear white sneakers, but these flats have taken over. I wear a 6 US and got these in a 36 W--plenty of room for my toes (I hate tight, narrow, pointy shoes) but still look sleek, elegant, and leg-elongating for little ol 5-foot-tall me. ;) can't wait until more suede colors are released bc I'll be wearing those all Fall
