I really wanted to love these, but I had to return them. I read the reviews, and I’ve been in search of a nice ballet flat. I was very disappointed. They were smaller than a typical size 8 and they didn’t really have the support I was hoping for.

The bottom of the shoes is too heavy, the leather is butter soft which is not strong enough to keep the shoes on my feet.

one size is about half a sizer larger than the other. not acceptable for such an expensive pair of shoes. they will be returned.

Style-wise these shoes are all I've ever wanted. But I couldn't manage to make them stay on my feet. I tried three different size and width combinations but could not find the right balance. The heels always slipped off. Tightening the ribbon did not help. I also tried heel inserts but they would not stick to the fabric. The inside of the heels is not reinforced with a contrasting material, as dress shoes usually are. I had to return all pairs at a loss.

So, I love the style. They fit well. But in this case I just could not like the silver. I was expecting silver matte soft leather and these are sparkled. They just looked cheap. I returned and got the Navy and love them. I'd still like a silver with no sparkles

I so wanted to like these shoes: they look comfortable and are the perfect style for my weekends. I ordered my usual size, but they are in that awkward area of being too large to enjoy but probably too small if I order the next size down.

The shoes were scuffed and damaged plus they didn't come in a Margaux box or contain a storage bag.

These are gorgeous, but the back heel is too short so they slip off when walking :(

This is a beautiful shoe. I would have loved to wear it but as another reviewer said, on me it was too big in the heel. I am disappointed that it doesn't work for me.

Ordered these shoes in 8W. Oh Man! These shoes are tiny! The felt both short and narrow. Most 8W's fit me. They were pretty and look very high quality but, they don't fit me. I'm going to need to return them.
