The Demi is very high quality, super comfortable, true to size and goes with everything. The grosgrain on the inside seam irritates my skin but I am hoping it will soften and stop being an issue. It didn't stop me from ordering a second pair!

Lovely shoe, but it was easily 1/2 size smaller. I ordered an 8.5 and my toes were crunched before I even got my heel in. Otherwise, this shoe is very cute good quality, and would easily work with any outfit.

These are beautiful and soft leather ballet flats. My true size 6.5 seemed fine but needed to be snugged up a bit with the ties. That worked well but the problem is that the shoe slip off the heel when walking. No amount of tightening helped. Many other reviews say exactly what I am saying here.

These shoes are soft and pretty I tried 2 sizes 6.5 and 7 but they just don't work for me. They slip off my heels even though I pulled the cords tighter. May work for others though. Worth a try for sure.

for a narrow, the heels were very wide and I couldn't keep them on my feet. the leather was so soft, though and the rest of the shoe fit fine. I hate to return but cannot wear them as-is. Had high hopes.

Cute shoes, but run small and not worth the cost. They’re going back - they run at least 1/2 size small, and a wide is actually normal width. Recommend for narrow feet.

Should have trusted the reviews! Heel is very wide -- walked right out of the shoe. Can't really tighten with the lace.

These shoes are beautiful! Unfortunately they didn't work for me. I have medium width feet but these felt too narrow. I have a small bunion on one foot which made these shoes uncomfortable for me. The leather is nice but I didn't find it to be any softer than my Eileen Fisher ballet flats. So, not quite worth the price for me.

I ordered the euro equivalent to US 5.5 but the shoe was at least as roomy as a US 6.5 - I could slide my thumb behind my heel.

It was a beautiful shoe but unfortunately, it was too wide at the heel.

I put a shoe on and took a step and walked right out of the shoe. I tried adjusting the tie, but did not work.

Beautiful shoes that fit correctly. Unfortunately they flipped off my heel within 10 steps. I tried them multiple times over a week and they refused to stay on my heels so I was forced to return them.

Pretty shoes but not comfortable

I had to return the shoes as they were not nearly wide enough. I normally wear a wide, but, these even seemed narrow.

Disappointed that the sizing was so off. Saw many rave reviews that they were comfortable however I find those ballet flats with rubber soles to be better and the interior padding seems like it will lose it's slight edge after very little wear. Toebox was more pointy than rounded as in the photos. Wish you still carried Paul Mayer!!!

Beautiful looking shoe but very small. Not as soft as I would have hoped. If they’d had a half size up in stock, I might have tried that but they did not.

These are beautiful shoes but I could not get the right fit in the heel. The back of this shoe fits low on the heel and slipped too much. I tried three different sizes before giving up.

Had to return them. Very pretty, but I don’t know who could wear such a short toe box.

This is actually more gold than platinum, and I had hoped with wide and the adjustable tie would allow for an orthotic to fit. Also I went with the size Zappos suggested and even with no orthotic, it was very tight in every way. I won't try another size, since the color is not what I had hoped for and it seems unlikely that any size would work with the orthotic. Live and learn.

These are so gorgeous! I would love to keep them but the sizing on Margaux shoes is throwing me off. This latest pair (size 11 m) is far too narrow and long for my foot. Tried another size previously (size 10.5 m) and it was too small. Will try one more time with one size down (10.5 w) before I give up!
