My daughter is now 2 1/2 and this hat is the only sun hat she has worn since she was an infant. The material is fantastic, holds up well to wear, and seems to remain comfortable even in hot temperatures. The strap keeps the hat on during play and in windy conditions. All around a great hat. I would highly recommend to anyone!

The fit is so nice that it actually stays on my son and love that it doesn't fall over his eyes. This hat is a perfect fit for him, I love all the features and it's the only one I use for my kids. I like the adjustable chin strap and back of hat. I even bought the Adventure Hat style for myself and my husband. I have bought ten different hats for my kids and now this brand is my absolute favorite. My whole family wears them!

This hat is great most of the time, the only problem's we've ever had are at the beach. When it's super windy it blows off our kids heads. It works so well in all other enviroments that we keep buying them.

I wasn't sure how my 3 year old daughter was going to like this hat because it seemed quite large in the pictures. She loves it! It is the only hat that she will KEEP ON!

Moving to Phoenix, AZ from Europe I knew I had to find good hats for me and my daughter. These hats are THE BEST on the market and I pass on the name Sunday Afternoons daily, I am not kidding!!! Fantastic product and very affordable, wonderful gift for a child or adult.

We bought our boy/girl twins these hats over two years ago. They still fit! We have traveled around the world with them and always have people asking where we bought them from. They have given us peace of mind by protecting our children's faces and necks from the sun. We have had no issues with them being uncomfortable for our kids and they don't try to take them off which is a bonus. We will definitely buy them again!

I bought two of these hats (online) for my kids. They are just what we were looking for! They fit perfect and protect them well from the sun. The front visor does a great job of protecting their faces while the back protects the neck. I wouldn't hesitate to buy these again when the kids outgrow theirs!!

These hats are light enough that even my 20 month old will keep it on her head. I'm most pleased with the protection it offers the face and neck area. Both my kids are happy to wear their gardening hats" and they like to adjust the straps to fit their head and practice buckling and unbuckling the chin straps (it's a good thing the buckle is made so well). Good product construction and function. Highly recommend."

The hat is adjustable, pretty and in style. My grand-kids love them and no one else has them so they look cool and expensive too.

I bought three of these hats for my kids three years ago. The hats have been worn over and over, even while playing in a pool, and the hats still look great and work great. They stay on so well with the adjustable strap. If you adjust it so it's just under the chin, the hat will stay on, even in windy weather. My only problem was with the Child size hat. The velcro doesn't work so well after 3 years of use. There have been no problems with the Youth size. Buy this hat for your child! It's the only one you'll need as it will last for years. I have gotten my money's worth! In fact, I'm back to order another one tonight for my daughter who has outgrown the Child size. I'll be passing the Child size hat down to my 4th child.

We bought these for our twins when they were two and they are still using them now that they are four. We use them at the park, the beach, hiking...everywhere. They adjust to fit their heads perfectly and they actually keep them on. Superb neck coverage. People constantly ask me where got them. We got them the child (age 2-5) and it seems to be getting a bit small so I do not know if they will fit next summer when they are 5. But I will absolutely buy these again in the next size. It is a great investment to keep their skin beautiful.

My granddaughters wear these hats whenever they are out in the sun. We often go to Puerto Vallarta and the girls wear these hats all day long. This is my second set of hats for them.

We love this sun hat - both our boys ages 5 and 7 wear them every day including when swimming. The only problem is that both Smart Straps ripped off both hats within the first week. We exchanged them thinking it was a fluke, and within a few days of having the new hats, the Smart Straps were yanked out of the seams again. The old model of hat, with just a simple strap (with no choke-prevention release) was sewed in very well. Had those hats for 5 years with plenty of yanking and no straps were ripped out. Otherwise, FANTASTIC HAT!!

This hat is comfortable for my 20 month old twins. They like it and don't take it off. I bought these hats when they were about 8 months. They have always been a little big but fit pretty well now and are sized 6-24 months. However I wish they were more adjustable which is the reason for 4 stars on the fit. The hats are lightweight and keep the sun off their neck and face. Since they were a little too big at first the brim was pretty low so I would tug on the back to tilt the hat so they could see better. I love the safety strap feature. Overall it's a great hat and I will buy the next size up when these are too small.

I bought 2 kids hats last year for my girls 4 & 6. They fit very well on them and are very lightweight. So I bought one more for their cousin this year for his soccer class. Excellent hats.

My daughter wears her hat everyday on the playground. I like how well it stays on her head and protects not just her face from the sun, but her ears and neck as well.

My family were not outdoorsy or hat people until we got a puppy. Now we are outside all the time on walks or at the park. My family has sensitivities to chemicals so we limit exposure to products like chemical sunscreens and use barrier clothing as much as possible. My oldest 6yo is autistic and can't stand the feeling of a hat brim on the back of his neck so bucket styles are completely out for him. This kids play hat is the perfect compromise of style, comfort, and sun coverage for us. I even found the kids hats to have a lovely added feature of reflective trim! The colors were way better in person than online too. I will be back to buy for my other child as well as my husband soon!

I got this hat for my 7 yr old and it works great!! We live in south Texas and go visit family in the Florida Key so we are out in the sun a lot. The hat keeps the sun of their faces and necks and I don't have to worry about sunburns!! Highly recommend the hat.

These hats are great! We are on our second one only because my daughter (who is now 4) outgrew the infant hat. We passed on the infant hat to a cousin and now it is coming back to us for our 8 month old making it a hat that has lasted through 4 kids! My 4 year old has been wearing her child sized hat for 2 years. It stays on well, it protects her face and neck from the sun and rain and rarely blows off because of the great chin strap. She wears it at the splash park, hiking, swimming and playing and we get compliments and questions wherever we go!

My 19 month old has been wearing the child size for several months now. The adjustment is very generous, the child size would fit all but the smallest babies and would continue to fit well into childhood. The mesh is great, the coverage is excellent, and the best part of all is that the hat doesn't rest on the neck or shoulders, so once it's on it's forgotten about! The strap is also very easy, you adjust it once so it fits every time with just a click. We've tried many hats with 2 kids in Phoenix, and this is by far the best.
