Great hat! Will say that it dos make my head a little warmer then I would like, but not enough to keep me from wearing it! Hawaii will be rocked in this hat!

I purchased my Sundancer Hat for two specific purposes: Riding in our Mazda Miata and for doing agility with my dog. I love the hat, with one exception. I wish the cap part was not so fitted. After wearing the hat, my hair is not suitable to go anywhere. If the crown were a little more roomy, I wouldn't have a flat hairdo when I take it off.

This is a great hat for sitting at the beach and reading - the soft fabric in the back instead of a hard rim makes it fall nicely instead of messing up your hair when you lean back in the chair. Covers a good amount of neck, even while bending over or looking down. Wide brim is great. The sweatband is currently sagging down, I am considering hand tacking it so it doesn't make me look funny.

Function is excellent and cute looking, not easy to adjust size.

If you looks at the tags on the hat or its the pictures online, there are 3 parallel threads sutured on hat top, elegant. Actually 3 one thread line on it and not level, different with the pictures online or on-tag. This makes the hat cloth not fit well and looks cheap. If I am not dis tag the tag, i will return it .

This is the most attractive sun hat I've ever tried and the only one I've received compliments on! I love the pretty colors. My only concerns have to do with the heat. I'd like more mesh and more sweat absorbers / wickers to keep my head cool and dry. I wear mine on cooler days-- spring/fall or cloudy--because it's too hot in the summer sun!

Have had a lot of compliments on it - protects my face very well and is so light I can let it hang in back and not even realize it is there. This works so well in restaurants and museums. Never have left it somewhere!

I have received many many compliments on this hat. Everyone wants to know where I got it! Fit is a little large for me (one size fits all)

I stay outside everyday with gardening, yard work, and caring for a variety of animals - Have a HX of sun damaged skin. Like that my back of neck is covered. Also an avid fisher.

After receiving the worst sunburn of my life last summer - so bad that it looked like someone poured scalding hot water on the back of my neck - I knew I had to protect myself better from the sun. This is a great hat. The wide brim shield's your face and eyes from the sun, while the fabric in the back cascades down your neck like a protective waterfall. It's both attractive and functional. However, I wish that the fabric on the back was just a little longer, so as to provide shoulder protection, as well as the sides of my neck, and the one size fits all" is a little too snug."

This will be great for the beach and for an upcoming trip to Ecuador. I will certainly be visible in Periwinkle. A somewhat smaller brim would be better for shorter people.

Love the hat, but didn't realizing each hat had its own sizing chart; this one is definitely a small, even though sized as medium. I am unsure why they don't use one sizing chart for all the hats; very confusing.

This hat is lightweight and the brim is a nice size--wide enough but not bulky; it certainly shields sun. For me, the fit could be better; I have to tighten the adjustable strap, which makes it a little less comfortable. The fabric feels less durable than I was hoping for, but only time will tell how well it holds up to sweat, wear, and washing. Regardless of these imperfections, I will wear this for all sorts of activities outside--hiking, gardening, yard work, etc.

I wish it was like their previous hat. This one has too short of front cord and plastic piece in back or expanding doesn't work as well as previous style with pull cord. Please bring back that style again I have 3 of those and love them but not this one. Wind continually blows it off.

This is a bluish red. Online I thought it looked "hotter".

I like the fabric & the color but the shape of the front of the hat easily picks up the wind & blows it off my head. Yes, the strap keeps it from blowing away. Also, if I'm out in the early morning or late afternoon & the sun is shining more from the side, there is not enough fabric coverage over my ears. The fabric on the back over my neck provides good coverage.

Beautiful, but if it's breezy it doesn't want to stay on my head no matter how tight it is beneath my chin.

I wish this hat were the perfect hat that I've been looking for. It blows off my head even with the chin strap fastened. Can you recommend one that won't do that?

Thought this hat was pretty and would be great protection for walking and gardening. But stepped outside with it on a hot July day and my head felt really hot and started to sweat. Can't decide whether to return it or not - like the look, but am concerned about comfort.

I apply this every morning and have used up my first bottle. Many of the sunscreens out there leave me with breakouts after a day or two, but this doesn't, even tho it seems a bit oily as you apply it. It's very easy to apply, and with an spf of 30, it does let a minimal tan develop over the summer.

I love this hat and have had it in my closet for years. With the Florida heat lately, I started using it while walking my dog in the evening. I was so overheated, I started unbuttoning clothes, but that would have gotten me arrested. Off with the hat, and the heat escaped. No ventilation in the hat. Once the hat came off, I started to cool off. I wish I could return and exchange it.

The hat arrived with two creases in the brim that will not come out because it is made of cheap material. I am disappointed in the quality/price ratio. I liked the hat’s adjustability.

Not good for active sports sun protection - brim too big. Like the flap in back to protect neck. It's a bit claustrophobic

Bought this for florida sun protection whilest playing tennis. Brim is just too big - the adjustments on the hat to customize it for each head is good

Would be a great hat if it came in different sizes. Was way too tight and I had to send it back.
