I'm an avid runner over 30+ years. Name it I've tried it. I have wide foot and supinate. Very wide toe box, great cushion and comfort. Logged 40+ miles so far no compliants. Highly recommend!

I am hoping they refund my money. I sent them back after two days/10 miles use BUT I don’t know if the problem was with me or with the right shoe. My first run in the 1080s was a four mile tempo run. The arch of the right shoe seemed to collapsed with each step. At first, it was subtle but the sensation got worse over time. I adjusted my gait to strike more mid foot and that helped but the more I ran, the more I feared my right ankle was going to roll. My second run was a five mile recovery run and I consciously compared the right and left shoe. The left was fine. The right arch was definitely collapsing. Again, I adjusted my foot strike and that helped but I can’t handle that feeling that may ankle is going to roll if my foot strength fails. I would try another pair but I can’t afford to risk another $150.00 to experiment.

I got a half size longer than my usual dress shoe as suggested by the website. Excellent decision. so comfortable!

I returned the shoe because there was some heel slippage and it’s a soft shoe overall. I felt like over time the slippage would get worse as the shoe loosens up. I ran 4 miles with them and they felt warm. FYSA, I’m in Tucson, AZ and it’s May. Btw, I bought a 10.5, maybe a 10 would have been a better fit.

The cushioning is unlike anything I’ve tried, it is really amazing. I wanted so badly to keep this shoe but my heel slipped when walking for exercise. Running wasn’t as bad, but it was still happening. I tried three different sizes and widths and it happened with all of them.

These are the most comfortable athletic shoes I have ever owned. I have a very wide foot (4W) and New Balance is one the few brands that fits true to size. The first day I wore them was for 10 hours (on my feet all day) and they felt like I was wearing slippers. I liked these shoes so much that I ordered a pair for my son the next day.

Fits true to size and great arch support (I have a big shoe size, 16M). Very very comfortable to walk in, and the Red color is kinda cool as well! A bit more than I wanted to spend but these are very nice and comfortable shoes so I would say well worth the value.

They might be a little wide. They are medium width. But I don’t know if a narrow would fit better. Perhaps you could have an option that a person traces an outline of their foot and sends it to You to check size.

UNCOMFORTABLE SHOE! I decided to give NB a try because this is supposedly a great shoe for people with narrow feet. I ordered the B width. The shoe fits fine, but it is one of the most uncomfortable running shoes I've worn since, well, the last pair of NB shoes I owned back in the 1990s. Those previous shoes were the only ones I ever owned that ripped my heals apart. These shoes, I feel pressure points on various parts of my foot which make me constantly aware of the shoes...not what you want in a running shoe. I should have just stuck with the Brooks Ghost or Nike Air Pegasus--two extremely comfortable running shoes that are less expensive than the 1080v11 and even the D width of those shoes fit my feet better than these NB shoes. I'm certainly never going to take a chance on New Balance shoes ever again.

while the mid foot and forefoot cushioning was exactly what I was looking for, the heel had a shallow design and my foot was constantly coming out of them

Most comfortable sneaker I’ve ever owned! If I would improve upon the design, I would want more toe coverage. Sometimes the mesh feels funny on the tip of the toe, but other than that, I would buy these again and recommend to buy!

Perfect right out of the box! The foam is amazingly comfortable. I highly recommend!

I've been running in the Nike epic react for the past 4yrs. These NB 1070 v11s are the best running shoes I've had in the past 6 years. The cushion comfort is amazing, it's so easy to run in these. Love them!

The shoes were one size too small.

I really like the 1080v11 shoes. They are well made, comfortable, and nice looking for casual wear. They are a little wider in the toe box than the v10 model which is great if you have wide feet. Very cushy soles make walking long distances on hard surfaces easy. I am no longer able to run any distance (69 with joint replacements) so can’t comment on how well they perform for jogging or serious running. However, given the softness of the soles I imagine they will wear pretty quickly on asphalt. For me, a great shoe.

The fit and size were fine. I know this NB shoe pretty well, having had a few pairs and therefore have a pretty good idea re size and fit. They still have room for a heel lift in one shoe. Recommend these New Balance Shoes to anyone. You may pay more for them than other models however in the end you get what you pay for. Thank You New Balance and Zappos.com - Sincerely, DR - Ft. My 1st. pair of FreshFoam were as good as NB usually is but these new models are far superior. From the breathable uppers to the heel support, these are new AND iproved.

I have had trouble finding comfortable sneakers due to a very wide foot. These were fairly true to size but slightly on the larger size and provided very good cushioning. I can’t decide whether the 10 80 10 or the 10 80 11 are more cushiony

The 1080 v11 has almost everything I'm looking for. The best thing is the collar design, which is so comfortable for my ankle bones. The only downside is its upper, across the 3rd eyelet it's so tight there... Almost unbearable!!!
