I loved these shoes for the above reasons; but, the heel started flaking away at a function I was at. Embarassing, as I was leaving bits of the heel everywhere I stepped. I took them to see if could get repaired; but the cobbler said could not repair them because of what the heel was made of.

Beautiful shoe but major sizing issues. Ordered black and luggage in same shoe 7M. Luggage was too small by a half size length and width. Black was too large by half a size. Shame, they were soft comfy leather with comfy sole.

The size D was the exact same width as my 1 year old Tratters B width.

The 7 1/2 narrow was both too long and too wide. I liked the style however.

Not like the several other pairs of Liiz Trotters I have. I am returning them.

I have worn an 8 1/2 medium my whole adult life. I really want these shoes but the 8 1/2 sent to me practically fell off my feet when I walked---and that was with and an added Pedag arch support on top of the Trotter insert. Is this a one-time glitch or a big manufacturing problem?

I didn’t even take the left shoe out of the box. This shoe sat right on my bunion. I have another pair of Trotters in the same size without this issue.

NOT NARROW!! With so few manufacturers making narrow shoes, I’m even more disappointed to find brands like Trotters cheaping out on a true narrow width — and no Slim option (which I think they used to offer).

I can’t comment on the shoes yet because they still aren’t here. What’s happened to Zappos incredible service? Can it be the Amazon acquisition and logistics? VIP orders with quoted 7 day delivery? Orders that show up in only a shoebox and plastic bag? Orders that show up in only the shoebox, no wrapping or other outer packaging at all—and the box wasn’t even taped shut? I called Zappos about the 7 day delivery times. Their answer: we switched to direct fulfillment (the shoe maker ships) and we aren’t keeping those shoes in our warehouse anymore. I say: then you oughta tell me before I order that these are a long lead item. There’s been a HUGE decline in Zappos service IMO. Shame on you Zappos—and on you too Amazon!

Shoe is beautifully made however, it is made way too small. I couldn’t get my foot in it.

I have always worn a size 7m, when these arrived I thought the incorrect size came. I couldn’t get my feet in them.

I have the original Liz in a 7 1/2 AA. It is a perfect fit. That size in the Liz III was too short and not close to being narrow.

shoes dont match in size...one bigger than the other. The 9 1/2 was bigger than the 10 in same exact shoe.

Returned. These were too wide. I walked right out of them.
