Wide at arch. Too narrow at toes. Weird . Must RETURN.

Size and fit was good. Color was nearly black, not the navy shown. Returning.

Years ago, trotter was more narrow. This same shoe 10 yrs later to replace old one to wide on my foot. Guess something changed. Bummer.

Such pretty shoes. I tried every insole I had to try to get them to fit, but they slipped on my heels or pinched my toes. Unfortunately I think with my AAAA heels and wonky toenails I just can’t wear this style of shoe. They are beautiful and well made.

Toe box too narroow

I bought a black leather pair that is great. The leather was soft and the shoe fit well. I bought a brown leather pair in the same size. The leather was stiff and the shoe did not fit. The brown leather pair had variation in color. Both pairs had scuffs on the plastic part of the heel, and the black pair had a scuff on the leather of the heel. I kept the black pair and am returning the brown pair. I've worn this style shoe (woven upper flat) from Trotters for more than a decade, and I'm disappointed that the company is having trouble, all of a sudden, with quality control.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice these shoes looked in person. They were a dark grayish silver/pewter color that would go easily from a casual to more dressy occasion. The 8 ww was a great width for my 7.5 3e feet but much too long. I ordered a 1/2 size down but the 7.5 ww was too narrow and the toe box was too short and shallow. I returned wondering whether the sizing might be off or in consistent.

I wear a size 5 and it fits but with trouser socks they would be tight. Returning for a half size up.

Nice looking shoe on a wide foot but easily 1/2 size too small. Returning for a larger size.

I couldn't put it on because it was so narrow. It look small all over. I often find that "M" is to wide for me, so I had ordered "N." I also felt that the color was lighter than the image on the website.

These are nice looking shoes, just not exactly my style once they came in. I will return but they are great quality so don't let that deter you from ordering if you like the look.

liked the shoe, just too small

A little wider than the same shoe I had purchased in years back in the same size. I would love to see more Slim shoes

Shoes fit great. However, inside finish at the heel was rough on one shoe and caused chafing on my heel. Returned these shoes for that reason.

I really liked the style, but the width was a little wide for a Narrow.

Handsome, and looks good with black pants in any season. Just too wide for me in Medium.

Pretty shoe, nice style, but gapped at sides

I do not like the color. I wanted a light bone like Liz11 What I received is almost a copper color.

Very attractive, well made shoe but too narrow for my foot. I ordered wide, but it isn't wide enough. Sad!

Very comfortable and can go from work to play easily. The toes are a bit tight but the leather will stretch a bit after a couple of wears.

The side of the shoe was too high and cut into my ankle bone.
