Comfortable, good looking, easy to walk, hike in! Perfect shoe for my lifestyle

I am very happy with the stability and construction of this hiking shoe. I have yet to test it in very wet weather, but it feels great under foot.

This is a great shoe for short or long hikes. There is just enough support underfoot to keep my feet safe from the rocks and keep the shoe light. The sole gave me great confidence they would grip on all surfaces. add the fact they fit my feet so well, I will definitely buy this shoe again.

I bought these about a month ago and have tried them out on several hikes. Yesterday I took them out for 9 hours! They are comfortable, durable, and work well on a variety of terrain!

Bought these for my husband a month ago. They fit true to size, and are attractive. Gore tex was important as he often has to go thru small puddles on his hikes and wants to keep his feet dry. I recommend these shoes for anyone actively hiking.

My wife and I have learned over many years that Salomon footwear is excellent. I have just bought another new pair of X ULTRA 4 Gore-Tex and are typically comfortable. We both always come back to Salomon

A great shoe for a 25km - 30Km weekly hiker. The toe width is great and the laces take a bit of getting used to. Once the laces were figured out, smooth sailing. Would highly recommend. The stability is incredible.

I bought these for my husband. He has always used a different brand but this was a fantastic transition. The shoes keep his feet dry. He loves the pull laces. There is also a place to tuck the end of the laces so they don't constantly flop around. he loves that feature.

Bought my first pair of these in 2022 and they were excellent for 350 miles of trekking. Big toe box was the key (previous hiker shoes had a narrow toe box and created blisters on three toes). Wore them through rain, hail, heat wave, etc... and no worries. Still have the old ones, but the new ones are for an upcoming 400 mile trek and they are just like the old ones. Breaking in process has been easy and we are ready to go. The quick laces are great for adjustments on the fly and the waterproof coating is good in stormy weather.

I have worn this shoe 3 times, for approximately 15 hours at this point. I bought the shoe as an outdoor work shoe. The terrain I work in is never flat and requires real grip to push and pull equipment around. Additionally, I'm a big dude, so I also need serious support to endure a day's work. SIZING: The site said the shoe runs small, and to order a larger size -- I've always worn a 13D in every athletic shoe, so I ordered the 14D. It was the right call. Its not perfect, but I cant imagine ordering a size smaller. LACING: The integrated 'pull & cinch' lacing system is awesome and evenly tightens the laces over your foot. Even better than the speed laces I normally use. GRIP: Plainly, its the best grip I've ever had. No wasted energy spent slipping on muddy or hilly wet ground. SUPPORT: The midsole is very stiff (which I prefer), and prevent ankle roll, which occurs when I wear less supportive shoes. However, I did need to replace the inner liner with a more supportive liner. The original liner is flat and provides no arch support. OVERALL: I think this is the best work shoe I've ever had. More rugged than a running shoe -- More athletic than a work boot. Totally recommend.

I have two pairs now, this blue pair and a stone pair I bought about a year ago. They're very comfortable for both short and long walks in and around the Dorset and Devon coast, hills and countryside. The shoe has a slightly raised heel, which adds to the comfort and prevents any chance of stretching the Achilles as I've found with other walking/hiking shoes

This shoe seems be ba a rugged shoe that fits my foot well. It was good arch support. I like the quick draw string laces and the shoe looks great

My recent experience with the tennis shoes at the store left me with mixed feelings. On the positive side, the shoes fit me like a dream, offering unparalleled comfort and support during my brief trial. The design and construction seemed top-notch, hinting at a potential boost in my on-court performance. However, at the time was out of my budget ;/

Walked the Camino de Santiago in these , light, comfortable, water tight and sole tough enough for rocky terrain.

I'm on my fifth pair. They always fit great and perform well on all kinds of terrain, hiking or backpacking, even snowshoeing. The waterproofing, while it lasts, is helpful. I really like the lacing system. Unfortunately, the soles only last me about 600 miles or 9 months. I wish they would last me two years!

Great arch support. Play disc in these and they work great. Feet stay dry

I have always had difficulty choosing new walk shoes (My wife and i do a lot of walking). She has these Solomon for woman and suggested i try a pair (my old shoes, not Solomon, were past their sell by date!). I bought these 4 weeks ago and have already done many (many) miles. Fantastic and super comfortable (and my feed are VERY fussy:-).

Good shoes as usual, been wearing Salomon for a long time as Salomon shape fits my feet well. They are a little stiff out of the box but after wearing a few times they are feeling really comfortable. Good traction and durable. The GoreTex is a win as well for keeping toes warm on wet or cold days.
