They are the normal size I buy and they are way too big.

they were snagged and looked like they have been worn! my first purchase was horrible

Shoes are great however it took 3 weeks to arrive. Once they did arrive they were crushed because they didn't even put them in a box.

Ordered my normal size but found they didn't fit. Very narrow and small.

I'm unhappy

Great shoe!! Customer service on the other hand was very poor. I am a true 9.5 and I purchased a size 10 because the size chart told me to size up. The size 10 was way too big and I exchanged them for a 9. When I received the exchange, it was a size 8 and the wrong color. I tried to exchange them again and it would only allow me to return them. So I had to return the shoe completely and reorder and this process took more than a month long.

Not as comfortable as my other ones

Thought it was gonna have some shimmer however it had so much sparkle. Had to return however, the process to return was super easy! And got a new pair that I love now!

I went off the picture when buying. I did not realize until I got them that they were sparkly. Super annoyed with myself, and I bit annoyed the picture didnt shoe the amount it glitters. Just not my style.

The shoes are very poor quality and absolutely not worth the cost. They didnt even get shipped in a shoebox! They got put in a plastic bag that appears was either a foreign knockoff product or previously worn. Will never buy again.

Nothing like I thought. Also way to big. I sent back and ordered a different style and. Half size smaller and they are way better.

Way too big and I order my normal size.

After 1 wear, my 12 year old started developing holes in the toe area. I shared the pics immediately with Hey Dudes only to be informed it was under their warranty. For the price & reviews I expected a lot. We will never purchase from them again due to their customer service/response. And I will continue to NOT RECOMMEND these shoes for kids.

Not happy. They were to big. And a flap on side was bent out and made the shoe look weird. Not happy. Won't recommend

I was so excited about receiving my first pair of Hey dudes! Theyre very comfortable but unfortunately after a weeks time they looked as if I had owned them for a year. I emailed customer service and they tell me thats considered normal wear and tear. Brand new shoes shouldnt show wear and tear that fast.

These are way too big for the comfort - the soles are quite cushy but the width just makes it difficult to walk

The company will NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT SO PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS !!!!!!!

The shoes were too big and floppy. I returned them and they received the 8/4/21. They sent me a credit "I could use toward another purchase" I emailed to say I would like a refund and as of 8/20/21 have still not received a refund.

Totally my fault, but did not pay enough attention to the word "sparkle" on these shoes, just wanted a nice tan or beige. These fit fine, but I would not wear them out in public, in fact not even wearing them in the house. Didn't want to go through hassle of returning them. Live and learn, other than that love Hey dudes!!

Because of the material they stretched more than I would of thought that left the shoe feeling too big and uncomfortable I would not buy these again Im actually returning them
