My shoes came with a weird stain on it!

I wore these for ONE DAY and there was already a small tear in the back of the right shoe. I spoke with a customer service rep last week and they basically told me it was to small for them to do anything. INSANE and terrible customer service.

i ordered a 6 and they are way to big. i can barely walk in them. i wish they had half sizes. im afraid a 5 would be to small

Ive been looking forward to these shoes for a long time. My sister got them for me for Christmas but they were too big. I do an exchange through the site and it seemed very easy. Months went by and no shoes. We decide to reach out to find out the company doesnt do exchanges - only store credit. Hmmm so an exchange option was available and we havent received any store credit - so what has happened to our order? More time goes by with no resolution. I decide to chat one day and after DAYS of going back and forth, we get the credit - only to find out no shoes are in stock. Finally this shoe becomes available. I order an 8 because the too big size was a 9 so I figured it would be perfect. Nope. Its huge but I REFUSE to go through that process again. Horrible customer service and there are never any shoes available to order. This is my only and last pair - unfortunately.

i ordered a pair and wasnt very happy because the tassels for my laces on one of the shoes came off bc it was missing both plastic pieces inside the tassel for it to stay on.. so one fell off and i lost it.. other than that i love them.
