Shoes run very big. Company would not return for smaller size without paying additional $11.00 shipping fee again.

I bought this pair in a size 6 to replace a pair exactly like these. This pair was a six, but fit my friend comfortably that wears a size 8. I just gave them to her. I don't like returning things.

I bought the same size I always buy but these definitely were way to loose.

Ordered the product because upon friends recommendation. They did not fit right and I thought they would be much more comfortable. Next time, I ll try them on in a store before buying,

Not what i wanted. But i returned them easily but the item i got in return was a totally different size.

Very poor quality. First order arrived with a large orange stain on the side of the shoe. Second replacement order came with a snag in the side and one shoe full of grass. Third wasnt much better. I will never order another pair of these shoes.

I ordered the white. I got dark gray. While I like the shoes, they aren't the ones I ordered. Only reason I didn't send them back is because I like Hey Dudes and will wear them regardless, but i really wanted the all white ones i originally ordered.

i ordered these and they got sent back because my address was "undeliverable". i have ordered from you before and never had a problem. so now when i go to order again they are out of stock. very disappointed in this experience.

It has been almost 3 week since I placed order on website, and I haven't received my order yet, not available updated tracking information. I have requested to be contact by Hey dude customer service and yet no response has been made.

The shipping process has failed me not once but twice. for some reason i have asked yall to change my shipping address to my po box and it didnt happen. so the shoes have now been returned twice i want a refund

These tend to run the back of my foot up top making them a bit uncomfortable

Awful shoes! 60 bucks for a very thin shoe that aren't even comfortable I have always wanted a pair, so I thought I would spend the money and finally get some but I am very disappointed. I will never buy them again.

Bought my daughter a pair of Hey Dudes and a week later the stitching came loose which left a hole.

Have sent back waiting on response

Really loose fitting even though I went a size under my regular shoe size.

I purchased TWO pair for Christmas presents. They were lost in the mail, never got a shipping label, never shipped.. who knows. I AM VERY UPSET. These are my favorite shoes and this makes me not want to buy them ever again.
