They were too big, I had to send them back. But I love the style.

I love the color. It fit my left foot perfectly but the right foot was a little too stretchy so it keeps slipping off, I have narrow feet. The cords to tighten them one was longer than the other. I wish the right fit the same as the left.

They were too small.

I sized up and I should have sized down. Still have the tags on them because they are too big.

I am very displeased by customer service. My sister has been trying to get a hold of SOMEONE for two weeks when she received the wrong size (14) when she ORDERED a size 8. How do you MIX UP a size 14 and 8? Love the shoes and how they look but terrible customer service and trying to return them PLUS there is only a 2 week window to return but how are you supposed to get a hold of anyone if there is no phone number and you guys wont email back? I hope we will be getting a discount or something in return. Nothing bad about the shoes, I absolutely love how look, feel, etc but wish we would get the right size soon.

these are not my first dude shoes, i own several pairs. i have to say that normally i am about a 71/2 in regular shows but dude shoes i order a 6. theyre okay for skinny feet you just really have to down size. these arent as comfy as my other ones and they tend to have more slip. but i still recommend for everyday wear bc they will form to your feet. i am a barista so i am always standing on my feet. i ordered the burgundy so i dont have to worry about getting coffee on them, if i do i just throw them in the wash and sit them out to dry. perfect for any outfit weather dressing up or down

Width is great, bottoms slippery

You guys sent me a 9 when I corrected my order and wanted an 8. I haven't wore them yet, but I was rest assured I was going to receive an 8.

I thought the shoe would be very comfortable, but it really isn't anything different than ones I have purchased in local stores. I do love the stretchy material, but the bottom of the shoe isn't comfortable for wearing for long periods of time.

The shoes themselves were cute but the experience wasn't great, I ordered a size 9 came as size 10 in a size 9 bag and when I returned them they issued me a refund after I selected to get them resent in the right size

These shoes are not what I expected. Where I am supposed to wear light tan shoes with glittery threads Ill never know. The fit is small look ridiculous on and not comfortable. These shoes also came in a plastic bagnot worth the hype.

These ones are great for my wife, but we ordered a pair of black hey dudes and never received them or any insight as to why they're missing.

Need to exchange for a smallersize.

Too small and submitted a request for exchange and have not heard back. No return label. They were a birthday gift for my son. Size 11 was too small. Don't understand why you don't have a contact phone number like every other company I order from. I wanted to order 2 more pairs but can't knowing I can't return an incorrect size. Genny Beck
