Shoelaces cover keeps falling off

The shoe is very cute & comfortable! I walk out of them when I walk! I wanted to size down but I had already wore them & they didnt have my size!

Initially loved these shoes. I then wore them each day after work for a few hours. I noticed if I walk for more than ten minutes my heals start to hurt. Disappointed because I bought several after trying on a pair in store.

I found the heel of the shoe to be lower than most. I tended to lose a shoe more often than not.

They are a okay shoe, overpriced , just because they are the shoe everybody wants , my Nike tennis shoes are more comfy , overall Ok

These shoes are super cute and comfortable but Im having a hard time finding ones to fit. I typically wear between and 8-8.5 so I purchased both sizes. The 7s are too small and the 8s are a bit too big. I would love to see half sizes!

My daughter wore hers for one week and already the fabric on the front of the shoe has worn off to reveal the material underneath the colored fabric. Doesn't seem to be very high quality.

They are not true to size. They run bigger then they actually are. Other then that they are really good shoes.

The shoes are fine my problem is when they cancelled a prior order I received a percentage off my next pair but when I ordered and put in the code it didn't give me the discount and it instantly placed my order so I had no way of going back. So frustrating.

I sent an email requesting the process for returns. They didn't fit and I guess I didn't really care for the color once I got them.

They are very comfortable . I love the style of these so Ill definitely buy another pair , but just in a smaller size next time because they were a little too big !

Sizing is big and they slip. But comfy.
