The size I ordered was right but it fit like a size below

My granddaughter said they used to be a great shoe, but not anymore.

Still haven't received them undefined

Ordered a size 10 too big, ordered a 9 still slips off my feet, but I ordered both in black & navy in size 9 they are perfect! Would like to return. I have emailed twice about this, and NO response!! Love the navy/black maybe it was sized wrong!! They are much wider/ longer..Did I order all same style? Please Lmk send me a return label. Would love the shoe to fit like my others in size 9!!

I purchased my husband and I shoes for weekend trip online and they arrived Wednesday, when I open my pair I find dirt and stick pieces in my shoes and looks like the bottom had TRIED to be cleaned! I sent a email immediately and have yet to hear back and of course theres not a number to call.

I never received them. I was really looking forward to getting them. Really disappointed.

I wish I could get a refund. They don't for right at all

The shoes are are great, I own several pairs. However I bought a pair for a gift any they were the wrong size. I have tried to contact customer service four times over the last three week and they still haven't relpied. I had to purchase a new pair to replace the gift and now I'm stuck with a pair that doesn't fit. Very disappointed in their customer service.

The first shipment did not arrive and not one response from the company with at leastv8 attempts to reach them! My daughter didn't receive the Christmas present before she left for college. I placed a claim with PayPal and finally heard from Hey Dude company. Terrible customer service!

I ordered four pairs of shoes on Black Friday, including Wendy Sox-Antique Rose. Shipping notification received 12/1, shipping delayed 12/4. And as of today, 12/26, there have been no updates to tracking. I've reached out to the post office, reached out to HEYDUDE, and I still don't have my family's shoes for Christmas. Post office told me since it still shows delayed there's nothing they can do. HEYDUDE sent the equivalent of "your message is important to us", but as of now I've paid well-over $100 for Christmas disappointment.

I received two left shoes I tried several days to reach customer service to have a new pair mail and return what I received in the mail.

Reviewed my "new" dudes and they showed up dirty and smelt like dirty feet right out the packaging. Contacted customer service multiple times and they refuse to email me back.

I have not received them!! I have sent several emails but all I Get is an email saying how important I am as a customer. I ordered these shoes plus another pair a month ago. I need these shoes before Christmas.

Did not know these were covered in glitter! They do not look like the photos! Bought 2 pair, 1 for my 18 and 1 for my 13 year old daughters, they do not like all the glitter. They also fit smaller than all our others. Wasted my $ on these.:sob:

Bought them on sale and my order was canceled with no explanation. Apparently it was a very popular coupon code, how is that the consumers fault, we didn't create the code

Cheaply made shoes and very poor customer service. Will never order again and sorry I did.

These shoes are not even close to being true to size. I always order the same size. Returned my original and order one size up and still small. Returned both pair and unfortunately they are out of the next size up. ugh...so frustrating.
