Do NOT take the recommendation of sizing up because I am now stuck with shoes that are 2 sizes too big. I had a return slip, but it expired before I got to a shipping store.

I am sad to say this as I love hey dude shoes. I have 2 pairs of these shoes, one pair I orders 8 months ago and the other I ordered about 1 month ago. They are both the same exact shoes, same color, same size (size 8). But the second pair does not fit me, they are larger and come off my feet. I called hey dude customer service and I was told to contact Extend shipping protection. When I called them, they told me they could only help me if the shoes were lost or damaged during shipping. So I called heydude customer service back, and I was told that I had to pay to return the shoes and get another pay. I do not think I should be responsible for paying for shipping, and I dont even know what size shoe I wear now with you guys. It is very upsetting.

The product was not finished and had places around the top of shoe. I sent it back and still haven't received my refund!!!

I have ordered a previous pair of Dudes and loved how comfortable they were. I am very disappointed in this pair. They are not comfortable at all and hurt my feet. I would not buy this pair again and am not happy that they cost so much and now I can't return them.

The shoes were a size too large. Size 6 in US is normally 36 not 37. Didn't think this would be an issue or I would have checked that. These were a gift for my granddaughter. I already bought her another pair but I'm not thrilled that I have to go through the return process and more cash out of my pocket.

Shoes are too wide

I ordered the same size that I currently have for 2 other pairs of Hey Dudes but this pair was much larger. Due to inconsistent sizing, I have to return......which is NOT a free return. Not pleased.

I wore these shoes just 2 days ago and they hurt my feet because at the toe one is shorter than the other thick wise. Would not recommend or buy them again

All the Hey Dudes I've boughten in the past are true to size, but this pair was slightly larger so I wound up giving them to my grand daughter.

Wouldn't buy again the size was wayyyyy off . And I own many hey dude shoes. So I didn't get the size wrong

Apparently the shoes were miss marked because I ordered a size 9 and they are at least two sizes if not three sizes too big. Now Im not sure I can send them back. I think I bought them on sale but the information I have says I cant return the. If this is so I will never buy another pair of your shoes ever!! The white ones I got are perfect but the pink ones are wat too big.

I never received my order. I've ordered twice and had to request a refund. You have lost a customer.

Terrible same size as the other but way small.

Never recieved them and I sent several emails and no one is responding at customer service.

I have sent these shoes back once because they were to small. Replaced with next size up and still small. I have ordered several other pairs same size no problem. Left an email about these and no one has responded yet? Steve
