Same as other 5 pair. Designs are cute. Customer Service is non existent.

No customer service

Shoes were too big and customer service was horrible still to this day haven't heard back about exchanging them for a smaller size so I'm stuck with two pairs of shoes I can't wear and out $113

I bought these again because my first pair was amazing. However, this pair is so uncomfortable and the fabric hurts the tops of my feet.

They don't fit me because you don't make half sizes. Size 7 pinches my toes, Size 8 slips off my heel. I can't wear them.

Never received my order and has reached out to customer service multiple times.

They were too large. I'm not sending them back. I'll give them to Goodwill. Too much hassell. There is no support in the shoe and I do need some support.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes and they should have been delivered before Easter. They were about a month late and so they tried to send another order out. We did get 1 order about a month late and the other order arrived about a month later. I returned one order and I am still waiting on a refund. I won't ever order from here again. It shouldn't take 3 months to get an order correct.

Never received Wendy Sox women's size 8, after one month I received Wally shoes in men's size 8.

I never got my shoes. No one ever emailed, called, texted or sent a carrier pigeon to let me know the shoes were out of stock. So unless I messaged them I would have never know and just been out the money. I got my money back- after waiting to see if they would ship, I messaged their chat. That's the only way I even found out. So now I don't know that I'll order from this page again only because if something does go wrong- I won't have an idea unless I contact them.

Gave them away. way to flat, no support and sizing was way off. i even picked a half size bigger as recommended.

Never received the shoes and didn't have good service when I asked an agent online to help me because they kept saying it was delivered when I received no email that it was shipped or delivered and then tried making me wait even longer to get a refund.

Bought these in gray, in size 11, but unfortunately they are WOMENS size eleven. Nowhere in the product description is this mentioned, I guess since the name of the shoe is Wendy you're supposed to know it's a woman's shoe, but it seems dumb of them not to list the size as women's or mention that at all in the description?

I ordered the wrong size trying to exchange another pair I ordered there were just too tight. When trying to correct my mistake I had horrible communication and customer service. I then shipped both pairs back to them in hopes for a refund or the pair I wanted in the size I needed them and they are telling me that they can't find my return and will do nothing about it. Love the shoes but very upset with how I was treated and lack of communication while trying to exchange.
