Some people complain that these shoes aren't "barefoot enough" but I find them a perfect happy medium between barefoot shoes and traditional running shoes. The provide plenty of room for my toes, and I appreciate the glove-like fit provided by the wraparound upper. The sole provides enough protection for hard surfaces or small rocks, and the slight arch hits just the right spot on my high-arch foot. I've been wearing these since March, and the soles are holding up very well. I've already ordered an additional pair in a different color, because I can't bear the thought of my trail gloves wearing out without another pair waiting in the wings.

Bought one pair, then bought a second. I throw them in the wash and they come out like new.

From the moment I put these pups on (in Marine), they embraced me no less than I embraced them. Love 'em so much, I ordered them a sibling of a different coloring. 'Cause in the case of the Trail Glove 6 Eco, one pair isn't enough! I cannot offer enough kudos as to fit, feel, fabulousness, and complimentary coloring, etc.

Plenty of room for toes!!!! I started walking with them as soon as I received them. Using daily for my neighborhood walks, without any issues.

So comfortable and you build great running form with these shoes. Love them!

I had my first pair of these for a solid three years before I finally started wearing them out. And I hike a lot. These are my go-to spring/summer/fall hiking shoes and I never want to have anything else. When I couldn't my size for a replacement for a while, I tried looking at other brands and options. Nothing came close. Finally got the purple pair recently and true to form, I hiked in them comfortably my first time out with them. Merrell please never ever stop making these. I'm thinking of getting another pair just to have in case. I have a wider forefoot and these allow my toes to really spread as they need to, while also giving my stability in the rest of the shoe. But not stiff, and not so fragile I feel every pebble. Just in Love over here.

This shoe is supportive, fits great and I was able to wear it every day right out of the box!

A little snug at first but it's an easy break in. Almost like bare feet but you can use a thin sock without causing extra snugness. Very supportive to the arch. Love them!

Love these shoes! So comfy and lightweight, I'm very active & I wear them everyday. Use for hiking/some outdoor rock climbing, walking, jogging, music festivals. I had to get a new pair because I wore them so much and snagged the fabric too many times climbing off trail rocks & trees.

I haven't sorb my yet but this is my second pair. I'm not a runner due to knee injuries but I wear them for every day. They have one of the best arch supports around!

Hands down the best shoe I have ever owned! Love these on the trail.

I wore down my first pair, i walk and hike with these shoes here in Arizona. They are so comfortable, better than hiking shoes as I feel i have more control since there is more flexibility in the sole.

I'm a beach volleyball player most of the time, so I'm used to being barefoot. These sneakers allow my feet muscles to stay strong and in their natural position for the times that I need to wear sneakers. I'm playing pickleball in them, and I feel they are giving me excellent support and traction

These are a perfect variation to the barefoot line. I have been wearing Merrell Barefoot shoes since I bought my first Pace Glove in 2012 (and I still wear those). This Trail Glove 6 Eco is similar in fit and style to my more recent Trail Glove 5 versions. Sizing is consistent... support is just right... and my toes have plenty of wiggle room. I put them on the first day, and they were immediately comfortable. LOVE! LOVE! LOVE!

I'm a big fan of "barefoot" style shoes and the trail glove is my favorite. A great combination of minimalist style and sturdy construction for the trail. Nice and grippy, too. I especially appreciate that I can always get my unusual 10.5 size, too.

So comfy. I love this shoe. I can go all day no tired feet.

Luv luv luv these shoes! This is my second pair. I bought the first pair this Spring. I do a lot of walking and day hikes. In the summer I don't like to wear socks. Theses shoes were made for me! They fit like a glove! My feet feel great before and after a day out and about!

Great traction. Love how low profile they are and how much toe box wiggle room they have.
