I've only ever owned Merrill hiking boots and decided to move to trail runners. I found these to first of all, not be true to size (I am always a 7 wide but these were a bit long), although very comfortable. The laces are very sturdy and snug if tied tighter, which helped with sizing. After a little more than 100 miles, they started to fall apart, first with the sole in the front near the toe, and now crumbling in the back. Very disappointing! Maybe it's the Moab trail runners, but now I'm nervous to try other Merrill trail runners!

My left foot is perfect; my right foot is sadly sore my investment did not turn out as good as my first pair of Merrrell shoes. Disappointed.

I'm used to the Moab two. These are lighter but fit weird at the ankles. Always to loose or to tight

Nice shoes but I bought the Moeb since I have two other pairs that fit like a glove. This one is longer, more narrow. I have a bunion so need the wider footbed. Also, I was looking for a light weight hiker. The tread on these is more for hiking smooth flat trails. I decided I would try them out but wish I just returned them.

I got these as Merrell was a brand my podiatrist recommended. They are comfortable but I don't like the tongue or the laces it come with. The tongue is too bulky and the laces come untied all the time unless double knotted but overall , considering online shopping woes of not being able to try them on prior, they will work.

I have the purple shoe and I like the look of them but I can wear them very long they make the bottoms of my feet hurt. They don't have enough cushion or something. I ended up not wearing them anymore, I bought them from a local store but don't have the receipt, I wish there was a way to return them for something more comfortable.

I bought this exact pair a couple months ago and it's still not broken in. It feels very stiff.

Least favorite of all my walking/hiking shoes. Certainly didn't feel as well made and supportive as expected for the high price I paid for them.

I thought these Moabs would feel light than the original Moabs. They are not comfortable, I bought on line and wore them already. They would not be my go to shoes when I want to take a long hike. Disappointing

One of the features of this shoe is supposed to be a bellows tongue to keep out debris. However my shoes arrived today and the tongue is detached at the sides (see photo 1), not attached like a bellows (see example photo 2). Have reached out to customer service.

I want to start that I am a big fan of Merrell and have been wearing their brand for over 8 yrs now everyday walking on cement floors at work wearing the Moab 2 hikers and love them. Thought I would try the Moab Speed just not the same for me. My foot moved around in the shoe so if there is a next time to try these shoes I would get a half size smaller than I usually get. My experience is that Merrell's do not need any breaking in; if they feel good the first time they are good. Unfortunately I took a chance ordering online, but I took a chance on the Barefoot Style Trail Glove 6 and they were fantastic so this style might not have stood a chance for their purpose.

These shoes are so comfortable and supportive! The best shoes I ever bought !

The shoes themselves are great, but the laces are different sizes, and there are defects in both of the insoles. The fit is uncomfortable and uneven.

Runs small, not comfy in the toe box. Was only home for a few days and couldn't return them & couldn't use them.

Can't wear these because they don't come in wide sizes.

I wore these 1-3 hours daily for 2 weeks. I experienced pain in my right knee after the first week. My left knee joined in dislike of these shoes after the second week. These shoes look great but something off with them.
