Make sure you break in the shoes before you want to try them on a hard and long trail, I got a few blisters on my thumb toes on my left foot and a few surrounding my heels. Other than that, the shoes are perfect fitting.

These shoes actually feel well build. They are a quality product. Very comfortable. I am looking forward to seeing if the last longer than the Bondi 7s I've had problems with...

Running, hiking, and walking. Great.

After discovering Hoka several years ago I quickly became a loyal customer. I spend 50hrs weekly on my feet with a herniated disk and I'm overweight. They are the best feeling shoes I've ever owned including my recovery flops. I recommend buying 2 pair at a time and alternating daily. This allows for the cushioning to fully rebound between wearing as most long distance runners do. My only complaint is most models outsoles wear out too quickly. However after discovering the "trail" versions with the vibram out soles I get double the millage compared to the non trail versions.

Great grip on trails

Recently received my first pair of Hoka One Ones and went with the Mofate Speed 3's after reading up on several reviews. My first impression is that these are built for comfort for the long run first and for unrelenting grip second. They are well made for the few miles I have been on the trails at this point in them and I am looking forward to a more extensive trial coming up next weekend as we aim for 25+ in the Smokies up and around LeConte. As comfortable as these shoes are, the biggest shift for me is that all of the stack height feels a little "delayed" in my connection to the trail. I feel like these are much faster than my previous trail shoes (cascadias) in that they sort of give a push into the next step, they want to run, but the trade off is agility. I don't feel as confident on the very technical parts of the trail as I feel a little delayed in my feel of the trail itself. That may simply be something that comes with getting used to wearing these/breaking them in Over all, I am ver pleased with the comfort, looking forward to longer runs, and the grip, oh wow, it goes on for miles and miles, maybe they put a roll of duct tape on the bottom of these beasts ;-).

I wear these exercise walking 4 miles a day. Could use a little wider, however they are comfortable. This is the 3rd pair I've tried.

I like that the sole isn't as thick as some of HOKA's shoes. At my age, I tended to trip a lot because the last pairs soles were so thick. Great walking shoe with good comfort.

A Standout for Trail Running & Hiking with Vibram soles. There are many options for approach and hiking shoes and boots. This shoe is particularly strong as it serves for trail running, approach, hiking, and mountaineering.

Excellent fit, great style, very comfortable

All my previous Hoka shoes have had responsive soles. These are my first pair with balanced cushioning. I've tried them out with 5-10 mile trail runs and find them to be extremely comfortable. As an older runner, the extra cushioning seems easier on knees and back. I've found that my times are as good or better than with lighter shoes.

Love the shoe. Very soft and very comfortable. Love them.
