I bought these for my husband and he likes everything about them. He said the fit is great and he especially loved the style of the sole being half black against the white so it doesn’t look like the typical massive Hoka sole. He has another pair of hiking shoes but says they work great at the gym, walking and as a court shoe.

Finally bought a different show than the Rincon. Like them just as much, specially for shorter speed work.

I have worn many different brands of running shoes over the years and this ranks up with the best I have tried .light weight but good support just need to put a few more miles on them to see how the wear is on them but very satisfied on my purchase

So got info on this shoe from Runners World ranking one of their top performing and comfortable. I'm 61 so need the cushion but also didn't want added weight. These are super light weight and cushy. Best ones yet and I have owned alotta Hokas!

This shoe is joy to run on. Tons of cushion, springy, and energizes my pace. I cut some time off my mile and credit the shoe. A little tight in one heel but keep the tie a little loose and that helps. I ordered a size 12, which is what I typically get for running. My non-running shoe size is either 11 or 11.5.

I use these for work shoes and walk about 7-9 miles a day. At first the fit felt a little awkward, but after one day of use I felt much less fatigue. These shoes are a great investment if your on your feet for long periods.

I love this shoe. It feels great and fits well. It offers plenty of support but isn't bulky or heavy.

Most comfortable running shoes I've had in a long time. After 35 years of running needed some shoes with plenty of cushioning and these shoes are the perfect balance between weight, comfort and Cushioning.

I haven't been able to run in quite a while due to a sore right knee. Wanted to get back into running 3-4 times per week but my old running shoes did help me with my knee issue. Knee soreness and inflammation just kept coming back. Did some research and decided to give Hoka One One Mach 4 a try. Wow! What a comfortable and great cushioned running shoe. I have 5 runs in now and the knee feels good. Thanks Hoka One One! I am a big fan of your shoes!

Unfortunately I am not running right now because of my plantar fasciitis but my pediatrist recommended that I give them a try. So far so good for walking until I can hopefully start running again.

This is my first pair of Hoka shoes and I couldn't have been happier. I wish I hadn't waited so long to try them out. They're light and responsive. And made my tired legs feel energized.

Cushioned ride that makes for a great every day trainer. I'm a collegiate cross country runner and these hold up well for road miles as well as workouts.

Usually when I start piling the miles up in running I end up getting shin splints pretty bad and stop training. I've been running at least five miles a day with these shoes for almost a month now and have not been afflicted with shin splints. Worth the cost!

Bought these for my first marathon and was definitely the best purchase and money I have spent. Felt like I was running on a cloud and had lots of cushion so my feet were not hurting like usual. Would definitely recommend

These are my second pair of Mach-4s and I can say they are the most comfortable shoe I've ever owned. I started off with Hupana's for work and eventually shifted over to the Mach 4. I will say I had my doubts, but when I tried on the shoe it was amazing. The comfort, support, and snug fit were just what I wanted.

I am preparing for my 43rd marathon and this shoe is new to me (never tried this shoe before). The amazing thing to me is that my heel strike is gone. In its place is a smooth roll. Wow. This marathon is on pavement all the way so this shoe is going to be with me all the way.

Bottom line: if you only want to buy one pair of running shoes to do everything, these are the ones.
This is my first pair of Hokas. I bought these as easy day shoes to accompany Saucony Endorphin Speeds and New Balance Fuel Cell RC Elite v2s for this training cycle. Initially I thought I would only use them for recovery days and easy paces. They were just not as propulsive as those other shoes. However, they are super lightweight and the uppers don't get too hot (and I've been training in 90+ Fahrenheit weather). They also look pretty great.
I admit at first I didn't like the ride that much. Though they felt soft and bouncy, the soles were inflexible and gave me blisters on my first run. I realized that I needed to tie them looser on my midfoot and that took care of the blister issue. Even then it took about 30 miles before they fully broke-in and I realized how much I loved these shoes.
Turns out I had underrated the Mach 4s. These are not merely easy/recovery shoes. I have taken them out for tempo intervals and they are outstanding at sub-7-minute mile paces. In fact they felt natural at faster speeds (and were easier on my feet than my Endorphins). Nearly 50 miles in and they haven't lost any of their cushion or oomph but got more flexible and more comfortable. It's probably no coincidence that I've put double the miles on these shoes than any other: they fill any training need.
I usually run on roads but my runs sometimes take me off-road on gravel or dirt trails. I've experienced some wear on the outsoles but it appears to be only cosmetic and the material seems to be holding up well. I anticipate these shoes will last at least 400 miles. All-in-all I'm a happy Hoka convert.
