These were horrible for someone with foot/back pain. They were very hard like walking on concrete

I couldn't return these fast enough. Beside the sun faded colors, they felt cumbersome on my feet.

The sole is chipping apart. The tops still look great. Maybe it's the Vibram cross over? They are too new to look so awful. I'd like to get another type of Hoka because my old Hokas are in much better condition.

The heel also provides not support and my foot sinks into the shoe causing my calves to ache. The other Hokas are fine. Maybe it's the Vibram crossover? I wish I could get my money back bc my old Hokas are in better condition.

I order a size 8 in every shoe, but for some strange reason the Mafate is much larger. What is up? I even ordered an 8 AND a 7.5. Each one was too large. Get it together or at least say something before I have to pay and wait for the refund.

These shoes are absolutely adorable because but not as comfortable as desired. I recommend that the shoe is tried on before purchasing.

I purchased these shoes and they do not fit as expected. I called to return them and they stated they'll send me a shipping label and I've never received it. I've emailed twice and got no response back. Very upset with the business.

Tried to exchange the shoes because they run a little big ... and the site wouldn't let me. So I wrote to customer service two weeks ago & never heard back.

My friend really likes this sneaker but, it just is not for me. I returned both sizes I purchased. I haven't received the refund yet but, it may be too early to see the refund in my account.
