these were supposed to be wide shoes but they are NOT!! they are tighter than even regular shoes.

These shoes are dark navy, not black! Am returning.

The sneakers are good. The quality and the color of the product correspond to what is declared on webpage. However, there is one significant problem. My feet is 24.5 cm long. My choice of size was based on the size chart, which was located on the order page. I am attaching a photo of the size table. But, you yourself can open it on the site page. Based on the information in this table, I ordered size 8,5. When I received the order, I measured the length of the insole of the sneakers. It was 25,5 cm long!!! This is 1 cm longer (or two sizes bigger) than my actual size!!! I can not wear such kind of sneakers. It means that I wasted 129,95 $ and also custom and delivery costs (delivery in Ukraine) and did not get the product I needed!!! Therefore, the information displayed on your webpage is incorrect!!! This is a deception of a customer, because now I have to order new pair of shoes in the right (suitable) size and again to spend time and money!! Having written to the support service, I received a response signed Allison R. Zappos Customer Loyalty Team with a formal reservation that the tables with dimensions in my letter are not visible (although it is available on the site) and no help. On my second appeal, in which a again showed a table of sizes with errors, no one answered at all. This is the my experience of shopping and wasting time and money with Zappos. Be attention! Do not recommend!!!

Have bought 4 pair of the ATR5 shoes this past year. All have been great. Fit is perfect. My size in the ATR5 is no longer available so ordered the ATR6 size B. The toe box is narrower, so tighter than the ATR5 same size.. Wearing same socks as wear with the perfectly fitting ATR5. I have to return the shoes. So disappointed. I found a shoe that fits and works great to alleviate my plantar faucitis foot pain and now HOKA has narrowed the toe box and calls it a size M. Am sure the W width would be too wide. I even found the shoe color (the blue/grey) that was acceptable. Bummed!

I'm completely disappointed in these Hoka shoes! I wore Hoka's for 2.5 years, due to numerous bone spurs and severe pain! They were so comfortable! These are defective! They have a defect in the right heel; it is shorter on right side (see photos)! The right one is too tight and the left shoe is loose. I have to return them today.

These shoes were either not correctly sized or the manufacturer is stinting on materials. They were very tight fitting. I have a high instep. It was painful to lace up these shoes. The pair I bought a few yrs ago were perfect.
