I have been wearing Asics Gel-Nimbus shoes for at least ten years. I've run and walked comfortably in this model, so I keep ordering the new versions. For some reason, this newest version is really bad. There seems to be a spongy sole that has very little support and my ankles and calves feel strained running in them. It's almost like wearing a slipper. I'm curious to hear how other people feel about the Gel-Nimbus 23.

I have been wearing Gel-Nimbus for years. Previously, every time there was a new model, the fit remained the same. The new version -23, is an exception to this. The fit is much smaller and the support is completely different. This new version is horrible and I can no longer wear them. Time to find new sneakers.

Extremely disappointing. Have been wearing these shoes since early August. They have been used strictly for low mileage walking. Although they mostly still look new, there is already a hole through the top of the left sneaker (big toe). I have narrow, low-volume feet. I would have expected a more durable shoe at this price point.

This is not a neutral shoe! It felt fine at first, but after a couple of weeks it definitely pushed my feet to the outside. It is for over-pronaters. If you need a neutral shoe, don't waste your money on this one. So disappointed, the style is really cute.

The size and fit we're great. But I had an issue with one shoe squeaking, so I returned them just to get another pair that squeaked. NOT HAPPY

Uncomfortably snug/tight. I purchased a while ago the identical sneakers in a different color. These earlier shoes are my MOST comfortable sneakers! I can't understand why the manufacturer would change a winner. Is it unreliability in production?

The shoes were so tight that i couldn,t even get my toes in.

I don’t know what’s going on but I’ve ordered 2pr of these at different times & they fit opposite of why I buy them. I supinate & these Nimbus gel 23 cause my foot to supinate even more. I’ve been buying Nimbus Gel for years. Maybe their seconds, anyway waiting for the 24’s.

Great looking but if you have high arches, don’t buy. Sneaker binds top of foot so it becomes uncomfortable.

Sneakers felt irregular. Right sneaker very narrow for a wide width and narrower than the left. Sneakers felt cushioned but were irregularly cut and placed on sole. Bad construction for a $150 sneaker.
