Holding up very well after 4 months of almost every day use (for a couple hours a day, not all day on my feet). They are not super style-rriffic as the navy blue color isn't quite on trend, but no concerns about comfort or construction.

I have ordered this model fro Asics the last 3X's; does not disappoint

The gray and pink combination is really cute. I usually wear a size 7w, but bought a 7 1/2w because I have found in the past that ASICS run a half size small for me. I have a wide foot and a narrow heel. Oftentimes, wide width shoes will fit me in the front, but my heel will slip when I walk. Not so with these shoes. The heel fits snugly. These have a little less padding and springiness than some of my other athletic shoes, but not so much that it is detrimental. Overall, I am really glad I bought these.

These are exactly what I needed to knock around in AND perfect for pickleball! Pink (not too pink!) and gray are really cute! Didn’t take long to break them in.

Very cushy comfortable shoe. Fits true to size for me with plenty of room in the toe box. These are my first pair of ASICS and I have to say they are much more comfortable than other brand running shoes. I bought them just to match our team colors when o coach softball but I will be shopping for more ASICS in the future.

I found a better price elsewhere

They fit well. They're comfortable for aerobic workouts. I try not to wear them at any other time of the day. The coordinate with many colors, too.

This is the third pair of these ASICS that I have bought. The first pair, my sisters puppy destroyed. The second pair is now worn out, so this is the third pair and I love them!!!

Fit Great True to size. Wide enough toe box.

Great shoe! I've worn Asics for years, but they run at least one size smaller than standard US sizes. I usually wear a 9 but wear 10.5 in Asics, since my workout socks are thick. But otherwise, a wonderful line of shoes.

Very comfortable shoe for working out and walking long distances!

Wonderful running shoe at a fantastic price. I’ve been wearing brooks for the past few years but decided to try ASICS again and I’m glad I did. They are comfortable and stable. I’ve only run short distances in them so far, as I have an injury, but can’t wait to wear these running when I’m healed enough. I am a size 8 in regular shoes and sneakers but I had to size up a full size in these, to a 9, since this brand typically runs a full size small.

I ordered the Gel Contend 7 in black and lilac opal. It doesn’t look purple so much as a light gray, which works well for me. It’s not super high contrast with the black; it’s very understated, and I like that as I wear these at work. My regular shoe size is 9M, so that’s what I ordered first. My big toe hit right at the front of the shoe, which bothered me. The toe box was plenty wide enough though, so I hoped going up a half size wouldn’t be too big in width. I returned the 9 and exchanged for 9.5, and it is perfect. I’ve worn them to work 3 days in a row now and am happy with the cushioning and support. Time will tell how they perform with frequent wear. So far, I’m pleased.

These are great for a workout show. After 2-3 years of consistent use mine are starting to wear out. I'm reordering another pair!

Great shoes, I have them in 2 different colors. I was initially sent the wrong pair (not the ones I ordered), but Zappos quickly sent me the right ones at no extra cost. I really appreciate their excellent customer service.

I usually wear an 8 but this 8.5 fit perfectly. Great support.

Nice sneaks! Color is great and the stretch accommodates my bunion without having to order a wide shoe.

Given as a gift to replace a pair that had been well-worn and loved. Daughter was very happy to have a new pair of Asics Gel Contend 7 in black and an additional pair in gray. They are her go to shoes. She has in the past had several bouts of plantar fascitis. No problems with these shoes. Please do not discontinue this model. Cute and functional.
