Absolutely love the cushioning. Best runner I?ve ever owned. I beg the folks at Brooks to do two things. 1) make a DD width 2) have available all the colors well stocked in wide. I can never get what I want because wide is always out of stock and the colors are very limited!!!

I ve been wearing the glycerins since the 13?s.....Love the feel and fit of the shoe ... but we need more variety of colors in wide!

Great running shoe. I would suggest two enhancements - the tread is wearing down super fast after only 100 miles of mixed terrain. Also, would be awesome to have these in Goretex. Otherwise a good comfy running shoe that does not seem to cause me fatigue.

This shoe runs small and toe box is not as wide as it should be for me. I have had surgeries on my feet and peripheral neuropathy. I wear a 10 1/2 in athletic shoe but had to have 11 1/2 in this shoe and the toe box is not large enough. hope I can wear it as it is hurting toes on my left foot right now. I prefer New Balance 940v4, also in black. The Brooks in black has been said to be not wide enough but other colors are wider. Would like a New Balance with style and Velcro closures.
I'd also recommend:
New Balance, some SAS.

These shoes are very comfortable right out of the box! They have all around good support and good arch support. These are keepers for me!
Not the prettiest shoes, but I'll take comfort over pretty any day!

Love these shoes -- BUT the back of the right shoe comes up higher than the left. This seems to be a quality control issue since I have seen other people say this too. They rub the back of my foot by the achilles. Can handle it for a short walk but not a long walk/run. I would have returned them but tried to give them a chance.

This is my second pair of Brooks. I tried on the Ghost and stuck with the Glycerin. I have had Glycerin in the past. The Ghost didn't have enough padding. I would use those more for preformace, if I were to be training for a race. Stuck with the Glycerine because feel like I am working out on clouds!

This is my 6th pair of Brooks Glycerin shoes and for some reason these were so tight. Did not feel the same as the others as far as comfort.

Great shoe! The cushioned sole is fantastic. Performs well while running indoor on treadmill and outdoor on road. Great workout shoe overall.

The best in a long time. I like a shoe that hugs my ankles, it does that. I like a little cushion and it has that. The first time I wore mine I ran 14 miles with no after affects. I have 3 pair. One for running, one that I use for my every day shoe and one as a back up.

The only thing to complain about is that the laces are too short! I even own a wide pair and I am going to have to get new laces for my shoes.

I have a been walking in a Transcend 3 which need to be replaced.I tried two Brooks shoes in 11 1/2 M same size as my old shoes. Both the Glycerin 19 and Adrenaline GTS 21 were tight. The length was the same but they were tight across my toes and ball of my foot.

I have the Glycerin 18 , and I bought the 19’s to try also. I love them. The cushion is awesome. It’s like walking on air. The toe box is roomy, with just the right amount of support for me. I though they were a little pricy, but my feet thinks they are worth every penny. I got the purple color; it’s very pretty.

My Podiatrist told me to buy these and also told me to order up 1\2 size larger, which I did. Perfect fit. Great shoe, so light, great support and fit. Felt great from first wearing. And they look good.

It?s difficult to find narrow sizes and I appreciate that Brooks has at least three models that come in narrow?although only one color each. ?? I bought all three and have been so happy with the Glycerin that I?ve not yet tried the other two! I must do so soon before my 90 day trial is past.

Great look. Overall good. I recommend sizing up. (maybe depends on age) To me they are slightly narrow in toe box but Brooks are the only constants every day that I can rely on. Wish they would make more stylish color choices with benefit of Glycerin, Adrenaline, and Bedlam 2.

The Glycerin are my go to shoe. Love the improved design for the Glycerin 19. Great support. I am not a runner. I use this shoes for all Jazzercise fitness classes. Whether it's for Hi-Intensity aerobic or strength formats they provide me great support. I am careful on lateral movements since these are running shoes, but I have had no problems with lateral support. It's like jumping on air, very comfortable for me. For a proper shoe fit for me, I always 1/2 size up because of my socks and orthotics inserts.

I'm glad I gave these a try. I had been wearing the Adrenaline GTS 20 but didn't feel like it had enough cushion. These are a much better fit for what I was looking for- as much cushion as possible! True to size for me.

So far so good. I had Glycerin 17s for the first time wearing glycerins and these feel just as good. I?m so happy to finally find a shoe I love after trying over 10 brands throughout my 15+ years running

I am a long time Brooks Glycerin fan and buy the new model every season. This updated model is narrow. I ordered my typical size 8 medium and then had to return because it was too narrow in the toe box. The new size I ordered is the 8 wide and it seems to fit more like my last pair. Not super excited about the new profile. Looking down the sole of the shoe extends wider out from the inside of the fore foot. Haven't had a chance to put miles on them but I thought I would advise anyone that always wears this model to anticipate a more narrow fit.
