I've owned the Glycerin 17, 18 and I'm currently on my second pair of 20's. I didn't care for the 19. The fit was good and the cushion was substantial! The level of energy return when running was low and it took only one run for me to return them. My glycerin 20's are a perfect shoe for long races, high mileage training days, easy paced runs or when my body needs extra TLC! They run a bit wide in the forefoot but in the winter they is ideal for thicker socks!

The Glycerin 19s are the best of the best if you run long distances on the road and need cushioning. I wish they?d never stop making these shoes, my knees are very appreciative of them and I have 2 pairs that I rotate.

Cushiony, but heavy. Great for long slow running. Runs a little big.

I love these shoes and they are just about the only shoes I wear now. I'm not a runner but I do walk and need extra support for an arthritic knee. I was introduced to Brooks shoes through Good Feet when I bought arch supports through them and a pair of Brooks Levitate shoes...fell in love with the support. I must admit that I chose the Glycerin because of the looks of the shoe but had a feeling they were going to feel great too!

Love these shoes - they provide both support and comfort!

Usually I love Brooks but this shoe just doesn?t work for me. I have only worn them a handful of times because for some reason the left shoe?s cushioning on the heel is not completely padded and every time I run I get blisters. Not happy at all with this purchase

I have been wearing Brooks glycerin sneakers for running for several years now. However, I have been very unhappy with this edition. I wear a wide shoe and the 19 comes very narrow, even in size wide. I am going to look for a new running sneaker.

I have those shoes and they?re very confortable to run . I love them too.

I bought these after a DISASTER race in Savannah and swore I would get something that helped 'rain proof' my poor feet. These really do the trick. I have worn in rain for training and only one pair of socks. I have not tested in HEAVY rain and I do avoid puddles! They have a return policy and I always have a good experience with the Brooks running shoes.

I have been wearing Glycerins since 13 or earlier so I?m quite the avid wearer. These 19s are at least a half size smaller and also more narrow. I purchased in October and wore them to work and for walking outside. After a month, I refused to wear them due to a tremendous amount of knee pain and cramps. Hopefully, they redesign these as now I don?t know what to wear for running.

I received them for Christmas. Wore them today. They are very comfortable. I'm not a runner but they work well for walking and in general. This is my third pair.

These are my go-to, always comfy. I am deducting one star because they are not as soft as they used to be. I had Glycerin 13s that showed little sole wear and stayed softer, but as of the 16, 18, and 19s that I've used, I get probably 100 fewer miles out of them before seeing major wear.

Super comfy, I'm a nurse and these are great for work, I walk around in them all day and my feet do are comfy all day, true to size for me. I love that the shoelaces never get untied the whole day like some other laces. I love the color.

I seriously hate even leaving a bad review to Brooks because I love them so much but for me personally, these shoes weren?t it. They felt like they run small and aren?t very breathable. Hot feet on a run is seriously the worst for me. Not my fave. Still a loyal customer

Diff a little smaller then my moral Shoe size. The heal area is snug but over all love them

Shoe has plenty of cushioning and is for neutral runners but feels snug.

I was really hopeful for these 19's, as the glycerin 18's were the first brooks I ever bought and we're the best shoes ever. They had such an amazing squish to the whole sole of the shoe that gave the cushion I needed. As soon as I tried in the 19's when they came, I could tell they were not anything like the 18's. The 19's are much more firm and felt like a rick under my heel. Standing in them actually hurts my heel and made it burn for the first 2 weeks. This has gotten slightly better, but now they have begun to hurt my arch. I realized after my arch began hurting, that they lack arch support near the inside of the shoe. The 19's still have a little give to the outsole when jogging, but nothing compared to the spongy-squish that the 18's had. And now, I can't get the 18's anymore. I will say I also tried on a pair of the 20's, and they felt no better than the 19's. I'm gonna keep trying the 19's for a while to see if anything improves within the 3 month return period, but otherwise, they are going back. Please, bring back the softness of the 18's!

I love the way the 19 fit but also have the 20 and do not like the way they have been changed or fit at all.

The most comfortable shoes ever! Very bouncy, my feet never get tired wearing them 12-16h at work! They feel too tight as fist impression, but ones start wearing, you will be amazed how comfortable they are!
