I have been wearing Brooks Glycerin shoes for many years. I typically wear a size 9M in regular shoes, but wear a 10M in Brooks. The Brooks Glycerin are supportive and so comfortable at the same time. It has a roomy toe box. The footbed has a bit of a squish to it so it is not hard at all, and it has great support for both my arches and heel. I have not had any problems with plantar fasciitis like I have in the past since I first started wearing these shoes. I will continue to wear these shoes as long as they keep making them this good. Shoelaces seem just a bit shorter this year.

I have never worn Brooks before, always Asics. These were sized the same. I needed something that had a little more cushion for very long runs. These were comfortable and cushiony right out of the box. I have only worn them three times, and five miles is the longest I have run in them, so I can't speak to how they perform over many miles yet, nor their longevity. For now, I am in love.

Very awesome wearing them!! When I have them on, which is not often cuz I wear one pair or another everyday….ALL day!! I’ve 4 prs , all of them ordered from Zappos!! Yay! For Zappos!!!

I bought this shoe to replace a previous version I had worn for a number of years. The Glycerin 19 are very comfortable for walking around doing errands and shopping.

The toe box area is narrow. If you have a wide foot I would recommend sizing up. I am returning.

great for fit and support. I bought these to go to Spain for a month- wore them in Spain and although they were so comfortable they literally got a whole in the side and heel area. I love Brooks shoes but feel like this one for sustainability is a lemon. :(

I liked the feel and the look of the shoe. I wear 11.5 in Brooks Ghost, so I ordered an 11.5 in this shoe. My toes were right to the end. Waiting for the 12 ot come available.

These will get road tested. I wore lace adjusted 8M in Glycerin 17, my favorite Glycerins. My slightly wide foot needs 8W in the Glycerin 19. The 8M wasn't a remote possibility. The 8M is cutest naturally, because, you know, wide ... in black with white sole this model is simple and clean lined enough to pair with regular street outfits for kind of a retro Nike look. They have pretty good bounce and arch support, but my beat up Glycerin 17 is better. No seems or anything jabbing into food anywhere. For context, my favorite Brooks of all time is Transcend 4. Not too squishy, not too hard, great propel forward. I returned Hoka Bondi 7, Hoka Clifton 8 right out of box. Too stiff, good arch support, but the arch edge in both models had a hard edge that cut into my instep, I could feel it through socks. So no point road testing and ruining for someone else. Saucony Endorphin Pro and Kinvara also returned same day. Uppers uncomfortable. Thank you whomever returned the ones I'm wearing ... one lace one lace loose :) ... for packing and returning with excellent care. I really don't mind getting a quick try on return. Thank you Zappos for try on option! I will give a road test review in time.

I bought these in two sizes. I usually wear 8.5 medium in sneakers (8 in street shoes). After reading reviews, I bought the 8.5 W and the 9 M. I've never worn Wide before but wanted to make sure they were roomy in toe box. I couldn't tell much difference between the W and the M. I have narrow heels and both fit fine. Either length worked. But I had to return both because they hurt the top of my foot no matter how much I loosened the laces. The toe box was wide enough, but there wasn't enough volume in the top of the shoe. I have skinny, low volume feet so this surprised me. Often times sandals don't fit because the straps don't make contact with my skinny feet on top. Maybe because I don't have much padding that's why they hurt. My feet felt sore for several hours after taking them off. I guess I'll go back to Hoka, even though I like the look and colors better with Brooks.

I love how these shoes feel - super padded and cushioned. I ordered a half size up according to other comments on the site. They fit perfect!

Love these! Super soft, especially on the balls of the feet. They fit a snugger than Ghost, but not in a bad way. The shoe overall is less bulky than Adrenaline, and I’m definitely digging that. Also true to size!

The only shoe that I will ever wear again!! Simply amazing.

It REALLY feels like I am walking on clouds. No lower back or knee pain. Could walk in these forever.

The toe box was too wide for me as I have long toes thus thin foot for size. Otherwise was a great shoe nice and light for running

I love these sneakers. They are very comfortable and seem to spring up as I walk. The B width fits my feet; the narrow felt too narrow. I did size up 1/2 size and this worked. I highly recommend.

This is my first Brooks and I am usually size 8 on regular shoes and 8.5 on nike but I got 8.5 Wide on Brooks. It is comfortable without breaking in, but I can see why one of the reviewers said that the back of this shoes are like made of cheese grater. It was a bit hard so I ordered size 9 W, but I kept 8.5 W and I am satisfied with the fit. I walk 1.5 hour walks and I can see why they call it "glycerin," it glides very smooth. I hope it comes in more subtle colors more casual-business wearable colors too.

I always size up 1/2 size with Brooks. Did the same with these. They were perfect.
