These shoes have amazing cushion! I?ve developed Plantar fasciitis in my right foot due to running with an ankle brace on my left after an ankle injury. Now any day that I take more than 5000 steps, I am limping. These shoes give me the perfect cushion as I?m on my feet all day teaching high school students. I am finally getting back to basic walking, hoping to build up to interval jogging again.

I have work Brooks Ghost for the last 6 years. I need a neutral shoe with cushion. I have bone spurs and in both heels and suffer from plantar fasciitis. Just tried the Glycerin 19s and I AM IN LOVE!! My new favorites!!

I have been searching for a comfy, supportive shoe that feels comfy while on your feet for several hours. I have tried adidas, on cloud, hokas and many other shoes and all of those felt comfy at first but couldn?t stay comfy several hours into my shift. Finally I found brooks glycerin and these are shoes that feel comfy and that comfort lasts!

I bought these for my wife. She loves the color and fit. She also enjoyed the extra cushioning, as compared to her adrenalines. She could notice a big difference after our long runs.

I am actually a barefoot runner (ala Five Fingers) but needed something for long walks. Brooks was recommended at the shoe store and I decided to go with the Glycerins. A few weeks later, because I wanted to wear them 24/7 I bought this second pair for 'fashion' - or actually because I wanted to wear cute (and comfortable, oh so comfortable) kicks out to dinner that weren't all dirty from walking dirt paths. Everyone has different feet. I have a 'neutral' - i.e. NOT supinated or pronated - stride so these are perfect for me. Though I like zero drop for running, I like a bit of drop for walking. For me, these are the bomb.

I honestly love these shoes. The second I take them off my feet are like, "what, no, why are you doing that." I can't wait until I put them on each day. I'm going to buy a second pair just to be able to wear them for all occasions, not just in the hospital. I wear them on average 8 hours a day constantly on my feet and I do not have any complaints.

This purchase was well worth the money. I achieved pain free walking for the first time in years. I put the shoes on to go walking and just keep them on for the rest of the day. I recommend this for older folks with pain in the feet, hands down!

Super comfy well-fitting shoe. Run On in Dallas fitted me but did not have the color I wanted. They referred me to the Brooks website for purchase. I will definitely be a Run On customer again!

Comfortable for unpretty goofy old feet. Power walk or treadmill 3-5 miles a day and these shoes do the trick for comfort.

I?m not a runner but do a lot of walking and my job requires me to be on cement all day and put in a lot of steps during a work day wearing Glycerin 19 has made me feel like my feet are walking on clouds, they are heaven to me. I have searched for years and have tried many athletic shoes, none can compare. My granddaughter is a runner and suggested Brooks and I am so thankful. Best ever.

SO comfy! I have really bad plantar fasciitis in my left foot! I?m convinced these shoes have helped me heal! A year ago I was only able to ride the bike. Now, I?m able to run almost 2 miles a day! I love brooks so much I now buy them for work! I?m a nurse & work 12 hour shifts. These shoes help my feet, my knees, & my back! If you were on the fence about getting Brooks look no further!

I actually do more walking than running. I thought, however, if these shoes were highly rated by runners, they must offer superior comfort, cushioning and support....and I was right ! These are the most comfortable walking/running shoes I've ever worn, and even though they cost more than I would normally pay for this type of shoe, this will NOT be the last pair of Brooks shoes that I buy.

My search for the best jogging or "recovery" running shoes that would minimize shock impact to my knees was finally over once I received a free replacement pair for my new Brooks Glycerin 19 due a couple defects created by the insole manufactured by Ortholite. Brooks definitely lived up to its claim of great customer support most likely because the company invests in purchaser's experience to become long term repeating customers. I was looking for the best combination of one, a breathable and minimal upper material, two, a neutral footing with good midsole and heel support, and three, maximal shock absorption. Although max cushion Saucony Triumph 18 has fantastic shock absorption, my feet felt mummified and the bridge was too tight fitted even after adjusting the lace and switching sizing. The max cushion Asics Nimbus 23 has great heel impact resistance with its patented gel, but at the medial metatarsal ball of foot region of the forefoot to the big toe area still doesn't have enough shock absorption; furthermore, its upper has maximal material where the feet get hot and a relatively high collar. Consequently, the my trifecta crown is given to the max cushion shoe, Glycerin 19.

The Glycerin 19 was recommended to me by a co-worker and I am so happy that I purchased it. I walk about 40 miles a week and the cushion that this shoe gives makes my walk all the more fun! My caution is that while I have numerous pairs of Brooks shoes, this particular one seems tight and I wish I had ordered a full size up instead of the usual half size up.
