I?ve been wearing the Brooks Ravenna almost exclusively since the Ravenna 3. So it was disappointing for the Ravenna line to be dropped, though I was excited to try the Launch GTS. It seems like the overall quality of the Ravenna had gone downhill in the last few models and I was hoping the Launch GTS might up the quality back up a little. The shoes just feel a bit cheaper, though, and the fit isn?t as perfect as the older models of Ravenna?s were. For the first time in years I?m contemplating testing out some different models. Brooks, you?re a great company and I?ve loved your shoes for years and recommended them to others many times. Please don?t start sliding!

I purchased these based on the fact that I overpronate. After wearing them for a week or so, I took them to my podiatrist, who recommended that something else might be better for support. They have not proven to be all that supportive for pronation. Also, the material in both heels on the inside somehow tears/wears through pretty quickly. Overall, they didn't last all that long before they have become my new lawn shoes. Lasted about 6 weeks, a couple 100 miles, give or take, before I noticed any support really wasn't there anymore. Could be a decent show for a runner or walker that doesn't have the sam pronation issues that I do. However, the inner material is pretty weak.

The shoes seemed to aggravate a lower back issue I have. I've returned them and will try another shoe with more cushioning. I've never had a problem returning Brooks shoes that just didn't feel right. Great customer service.

Width too narrrow for size I ordered, 2E. Not as good as Ravenna 9s.

I?m a long-time Brooks fan; great company, great shoes. Brooks hit an absolute home run with the Ravenna 9. Long-term Ravenna fans might be disappointed with this shoe (which replaces the Ravenna line). The heel counter is annoying and doesn?t allow for a firm, locked-in fit and the forefoot is too roomy. Many Brooks shoes have the comfortable, snug fit whereas, with this shoe, your foot may slide a bit inside the shoe. It?s a well-cushioned shoe and might be fine for walking around or for shorter runs, but better choices are out there for serious runners logging higher mileage runs.

Too soft, this is not a Ravenna equivalent , you are misleading

Narrow on toes, pinching, uncomfortable.

Very disappointed with those shoes, especially since I really wanted to like them given the fact Brooks claimed that they are similar to the Ravenna - not so.... To me at least, they felt like a "walking shoe" with a lot of deep support and no springiness... Laces feel very cheap... Overall very disappointed and also a bit surprised at all the other glowing reviews of these shoes...

This is at best a cheap knock-off of the Ravenna. It is obvious you wanted to sell some cheap shoe using the reputation of one of the best shoes ever made. DO NOT BUY THIS. If you liked the Ravenna you will be very disappointed. It feels unbalanced. It is not supportive. There is nothing good about this shoe. I have been buying Ravenna's since Ravenna 3. This is not the same.

I returned it to brooks, not good at all

Not enough cushion on the back.

Really wanted to like these but just couldn't get on with them. I understand how everyone's feet are slightly different in shape, I am particularly flat footed and mildly over pronate and therefore opted for the GTS option having ran in the Adrenaline GTS for many years with no issues but wanted to try something a little lighter in the Brooks range. Unfortunately, these trainers literally ripped my feet to pieces, within 4miles of the first run I had three blisters on the arch of each foot and a painful blister on the end of my little toe on my left foot! Tried again a few days later with a bit of strapping, but more blister issues. Looks like I'll have to relegate these down the choice of running shoes. Its a shame as I've always felt comfortable in Brooks trainers until these.

Returned this shoe with no questions asked. The left shoe had a defective part on the inside that scraped the top of the foot. Brooks was great, provided a return slip and I sent them off - refund in my checking account within a few weeks. Great service - bought a different pair and love them.

Was unable to wear. Didn't fit like the glycerin or the ghost 13 shoes I have. They were larger and slipped off my heals. Going to try a size smaller as per one of your technical people.
