I ordered a Size 11 as most of my running shoes, however this one is too big,

So far so good. really breathable shoes also amount of support for the arch is really great. I like the bounce and how light they are. only hard surface runs so far.

If you're looking for a lively and fun shoe, I'd personally avoid the Launch 8. The Revel 4 is a more fun and springy option from Brooks for the same price. However, the Launch 8 is very lightweight on foot, more durable, comfortable, nice upper material and a great looking shoe. Everything about the shoe is good except the midsole lacks liveliness even under 6 min pace runs. The heel flare is a neat addition to this model as well. In case you're buying online: I never ran in launch until this version, but the shoe runs big, I usually wear 10.5 in ghost, revel and HE2 but had to go with a 10 for the first time in years.

I usually go with the Ghost but I didn?t like the changes on the latest model. I like the Launch support but I prefer more gripping on the treads.

Very lite and confortable shoe. Not known for long distance runs. I have enjoyed running 5 miles 6 days week.

I have only run on them for 15 miles. With that said they are comfortable but not as Cushioned as I thought they would be.

I love the fact that this shoe is light weight. I think the color is perfect for running, slightly bright for any other use though. I do not care for the shoe laces. I think they are thin and cheap feeling. I would also add just a little more padding to the heal of the shoe. over all I think the shoe is great. feels good while running

Tried these as a less expensive alternative to the Ghost shoe and it didn't last as long or fit as well. I went back to the Ghost.

I would like to have more support in the sole of the shoe. It is comfortable but after walking for an hour, sometimes my feet begin to hurt a little.

The fit for me is still good and I like the soft, padded, flexible upper so that it conforms to my feet, which the Launch9 does not have when I tried them. My negative is that I think the cushioning has diminished from other Brooks and other Launch shoes I've owned. After a few weeks, the soles of my feet are sore like I get with new/worn-out shoes. At least the price at this point make them worthwhile.

I purchased these shoes to use around the house and to go do weight training and because the soul is pretty flat and they were at the lower price point which I was looking for. The comfort is great the fit and shoe material is OK but for what I paid for them they?re great shoes

Narrower than the Ghost 10 they replaced, which I'm not happy about. Closer to typical Nike width. A little mushier with less side to side support than I'd hoped. Like the Ghost, the tread itself doesn't grip in the rain at all. That appears to be normal for all running shoes today. Good shoe for the price I paid though.

Probably have purchased 5 pair of Brooks. Started with Reval 3?s went to 4?s, then a couple of others. Love Brooks. Extreme comfort, great fit. Even retired shoes get used for yard work. I do wish for total black shoes, not the black / gray or some other ? just total black. Black uppers, black soles etc. Other wish is for the heel support (inside back) to last longer. This is the absolute first thing to wear out for me. I wear these shoes constantly.

Ive been using Brooks Ravenna for years?it is the perfect running shoe for me and I never have any issues. I was unable to find what I was looking for with the Ravenna model this year so I gave the Launch a shot. I?m about two weeks into it and it?s just not the same. The fit is off and comfort are off and just doesn?t feel as good of a shoe. I will def continue to stay with brooks but will be switching away from the Launch.

Too narrow at the arch for wide or flat feet. Felt true to size.

A bit light on the cushioning for my liking. Was looking for a shoe to replace the old Ravenna and these are not it. They?re a descent shoe for shirt runs but any distance on them and my feet get sore.
