Ordered before 2 month but didn't hear anything about it yet

These shoes appear to be about 1/2 size too small.

I have been buying the Contend series of shoes over the past few years and have been only wearing Asics for the past 20 years when running, however the there was a design change in the padding around the ankle that is uncomfortable. Confirmed in the attached photos. Previously, I had the Contend 5 and the padding is minimal directing behind the back of the heel and then there is a thin top layer of padding around the ankle to lock in the heel to the shoe. All Asics up from 20 years ago to the Contend 5 felt great and never had an issue. I recently bought the Contend 7 from your website and did not like the shoe at all. There is considerably more padding around the ankle and it feels like the depth of the shoe at the heel is reduced. Between the increased padding at the ankle and the decreased shoe height, it feels like my heel is not locked into the shoe. I would like to make you aware of the design flaw change. If this change is not rectified, I will have to start looking for a different shoe design or a different shoe brand. I am looking now to purchase the old sytle Contend 5 while I can still find them online.

Was too small. I always order a size 11, but this one is too snug; uncomfortable.

These aren't comfortable. Just a cheap pair of shoes. I wouldn't recommend buying unless you need them for a short time. I will still buy Asics, just spend the money on the better quality shoes.

Needed a 12 1/2" instead of my usual 11 1/2". Did Asics change their toe box?

quality went down hill. you went with smaller material to maximize profits and now your shoes don't fit true. uncomfortable, cheap, no support. bought 4 pairs and none of them were quality. sent one back and will not wear the other 3 pairs after a couple of weeks of use. I would've sent back all four but for the fact that I was trying to break them in to make them more comfortable. back when you made good shoes I would have to break them in for a couple weeks. i'm now wearing a two-year-old pair of brooks beast that are more comfortable and have more support after wearing them for at least 500 miles.

Feet are generally fine with standard width sizes. These were too narrow and I can't wear them.

Low quality all around

You get what you pay for. However, I expected better from ASICS. The shoes stretched out within two weeks of light running and walking daily. The footbed is garbage, too. I've been wearing ASICS for years, so I don't enjoy posting this. But these are certified trash. Brand name landfill. I'll spend more next time. Lesson learned.

Say 4e but is really 2e. A noticeable difference from gel excite 4e width. Very uncomfortable

Quality gas gone down on newer shoes. Lacks support. Would allow return or exchange.
